The property

Beautiful, spacious double fronted cottage in the pretty Welsh village of Trawsfynydd in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park in North Wales.

This welcoming cottage has wonderful views of the lake to the rear and is just minutes from beautiful lakeside walks and an eight-mile circular walk and cycle path, along with all the boating and fishing opportunities the lake has to offer, and is ideal for a couple, family or friends who want to enjoy the delights this area has to offer.

Featuring three lovely, well-appointed bedrooms and a family shower room with double walk-in shower, a wonderful well-appointed fitted kitchen with dining area and a lovely relaxing sitting room, this delightful cottage has everything to offer and provides a great base from which to explore.

There is a patio with seating at the front, whilst at the rear a beautiful patio area and garden with superb views across fields to Llyn Trawsfynydd, where you can sit and relax in the peace and tranquility of the surrounding countryside.

Beyond the garden is a small paddock area which provides a great place for the children to have a kick about to burn off any excess energy!

The village of Trawsfynydd is well serviced with a small selection of shops, two garages and a lovely traditional pub.

With fantastic access to Snowdonia and the North Wales coastline only a short drive away you can spend time at one of the beautiful beaches, or visit Portmeirion Italianate Village, or if you fancy something a little more exhilarating then nearby Blaenau Ffestiniog, home to Zip World Titan, Zip Caverns and Bounce Below are well worth a visit.

Minffordd is also a short drive from the excellent mountain bike centres at Blaenau Ffestiniog & Coed Y Brenin.

Whatever you decide, this charming traditional cottage is in a great location for your holiday at any time of the year.
