  • "We had a lovely few days staying at Portknockie cottage."

The cottage was clean, cosy and welcoming. It had all the amenities we needed for our few days stay. The location is perfect for exploring the Moray coast both on foot and by car. Our favourite part was being able to come out of the front door and walk a just few steps to experience the stunning coastline and the varied wildlife in the area. We even saw a pod of dolphins passing by which was a highlight of the trip. We will definitely be returning to Portknockie cottage in the future.

  • "Cosy, clean and well maintained cottage in a lovely coastal village with great kitchen equipment."

The property isn't massive and is in our opinion best suited for two people. There is no garden/sitting area but you are within 20 meters of the seafront and there is plenty of seating for a warm evening overlooking the sea. Drying clothes after typical changeable Scottish weather did prove a little problematic due to space, perhaps an airer might be useful? We managed to lock ourselves out of the property on day 2 but all sorted within an hour thank you!
