    "Wow, what a wonderful caravan."

Everything you could want and need, we'll stocked with the everyday things, fully equipped kitchen. Nice touch of providing tea coffee and sugar. My family and this includes my dog had a wonderful stay, the caravan was very clean and well presented. The owners are very approachable and sort out any issues there may be. Would highly recommend 75 foxburrow hang, it is a very nice and peaceful place, and a good place to wind down and relax.

Thanks Amanda, really appreciate the feedback. We're so pleased you had a great stay. You're welcome back anytime. Property Owner

The caravan was very dirty - when I returned i reached out to sykes & no one has replied to me I even spoke to the owner when I was away telling him about the state of it , there was dog hair absolutely everywhere we had to buy cleaning supplies &, multiple lint rollers for the dog hair at our own cost I reached out to sykes and yet still no reply so now im out of pocket for this

Thank you for your feedback following your recent stay in our caravan. We were very sorry about the issue with dog hair on the sofa, and we completely understand how this would have impacted your experience. We take cleanliness very seriously and always aim to provide a spotless environment for our guests, Please be assured that we have addressed this with our cleaning team to ensure this does not happen again. As was explained when we spoke, please contact us directly regarding the reimbursement for any cleaing products purchased and we will happily refund. We trust you enjoyed the other aspects of your stay and look forward to hearing from you directly. Property Owner

"Lovely caravan, really well looked after and all the amenities you need provided, was a really hot week so having air-con was great, the caravan was clean and nicely laid out, it was very child friendly and lovely to have a balcony to sit out on."

Really nice site, quiet and small, lots of woodland around, so made for a pleasant stay and lovely to walk dogs around. Site still being developed at the back of the site, but was no bother to us and not noisy or barely noticeable. Would definitely recommend and come back again! Good communication off owners when needed.

Hi Sarah, thank you so much for the great feedback, much appreciated. We're happy you enjoyed your stay - we'd happily welcome you back any time. Property Owner

"I think the caravan itself was ok with regard to equipment provided and overall cleanliness."

The bedrooms are quite cramped and not easy to get round and therefore fitting in three bedrooms in the same size as a two bedroom, something has to give. The site is having a lot of construction work at the moment so weekdays be prepared for a lot of machinery noise from 8am, not the peaceful holiday we had expected. The site is adults only really, 90% of the caravans are owned and we saw no children

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found the caravan well-equipped and generally clean, though we’re sorry it didn’t meet all your expectations. The layout is a standard three-bedroom design for this model, and while the bedrooms are compact, they are clearly shown in our listing so guests can make an informed choice. We’d also like to clarify a couple of points from your review. Firstly, children are absolutely welcome on site – in fact, we visit regularly with our own and many families return each year. The swimming pool and other facilities are designed with children in mind, and the park is a friendly, family-oriented environment. With regard to construction, any work happening on-site is minimal and has not caused disruption during our recent visits or for other guests. It’s certainly not a constant or invasive presence, and most have a quiet, enjoyable stay. We always welcome constructive feedback. We want to be transparent and fair to all future guests reading this, and given that the caravan was as described, we feel the issues raised do not reflect the experience of the vast majority of guests, both to the site and to the van itself. Best regards, Property Owner
