Sharon and Tim could not have been more helpful. The location, cottage and facilities could not have been better. Lots of places to visit within easy reach. Very relaxing just sitting outside in the grounds. Easy reach for coast, country and the Broads. Pub and shop in the village.

"We were really delighted with our stay at the cottage."
Everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The owners were very friendly and made us feel really welcome - thank you for the basket of goodies when we arrived - and for the card! Great location too - handy for jumping off to the broads and the coast. Nice and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

"What a fantastic large cottage in beautiful surroundings."
Tim and Sharon were the perfect hosts greeting us on our arrival. A superb welcome basket for us and our dogs. Lovely Large gardens for us to sit outside and dogs to play in. This is the best holiday home we have ever been to, the kitchen was very well equipped with lots of extras ( thank you)

"How do you start ."
.....very very clean ...welcome and helpful hosts....a nice quiet location near some amazing beaches ...it was a very wet February visit with local flooding ..but the place is huge and very dog friendly ...nice and warm inside (cosy) saw a fox in the garden and also have deer ... Tim and Sharon run a really good ship ..loved our stay will book again if you'll have us ...thank you all the best andy annette ,luna and maximus

"This is a wonderful place to stay."
Very private, delightful hosts who are happy to chat but never intrusive. The cottage has everything necessary and more for a good break for four people, and is extremely comfortable, including good heating, 2 upstairs bathrooms (but no downstairs loo). The weather wasn’t conducive to using the garden, but that would be lovely in the summer.

"We had a wonderful stay in Walnut tree cottage ."
The owners Sharon &Tim have thought of & provided everything to make the cottage warm ,cosy & comfortable . It is spotlessly clean & furnished tastefully . It was quiet & peaceful . Our 3 dogs were made very welcome & loved playing in the completely secure garden . The welcome basket was such a nice thoughtful touch with practical necessities as well as a few indulgent ones as well !

"Lovely property and extensive gardens."
Hosts were welcoming, available and couldn't do enough for us. Most equipment we've ever seen in a rental property. Thanks to Tim and Sharon again for changing our booking only 7 days before our original booking because of a family emergency.
It was lovely to meet you all. We trust you enjoyed the break. You were certainly very lucky with the weather at the beginning of the week and seemed to find plenty of places to explore. "We had a lovely time staying here and enjoying all that the area had to offer."
The Broads are nearby, as is the coast and it is only a short drive into Norwich with everything you might want or need. There's a village shop that is very handy and the area is beautiful.
The gardens offered a peaceful and beautiful place to relax with very well maintained flower beds and hanging baskets.
Out hosts who live next door were very mindful of our privacy while being on hand should we have any problems. They are both lovely people with cheerful and positive attitudes that we really liked. There was nothing negative about our week away here and I highly recommend this accommodation.

Wonderful hosts, everything was catered for. Only slight gripe, the shower's need updating, which I believe is being actioned in the next off season. But would 100% recommend especially for the location which for the broads is perfect!

"The welcome we received from Sharon and Tim on arrival was brilliant, they made us feel so at home and showed us all the features of the lovely holiday home."
There was a well stocked welcome pack waiting for us too.
The bungalow is a real home from home - everything we needed was there.
The location is ideal for exploring both the coastline and Norfolk Broads, and the village pub, The Crown was very welcoming, only 2 minutes walk from Walnut Tree Cottage - there was a very selection of food to choose from.
We will definitely return to this lovely holiday home.

"Best holiday let we have stayed in."
Sharon and Tim are perfect hosts, the welcome basket provided was lovely, and so useful after a long journey. Unlike many holiday properties, where the minimum of everything is provided (eg washing up liquid, toilet rolls), there was more than enough of everything we could have needed. The cottage is very well equipped and very comfortable, and the outside space delightful. The property is in a great location with a well stocked local shop and a pub doing good food within about 3 minutes walk. Also well within reach of many local attractions. We would recommend Walnut Tree Cottage without hesitation.

House was spacious, clean and lots of little extra's such as tin foil, washing up stuff, dog dishes, that just made it a very easy relaxing stay. Welcome pack was great and fantastic to have milk to be able to make a hot drink when arrive!

"We have just arrived home after a lovely stay at Walnut Tree Cottage."
We were made to feel so welcome by the owners and the welcome pack with all the essentials we needed until we went shopping and fresh flowers were very much appreciated. The cottage is warm and cosy, the bed is comfortable and the location great for exploring the area. The local pub was a nice place to go for a meal and the staff there were so friendly.
We would highly recommend the cottage as a place to stay. If we are in the area again we will certainly see if you have space for us.

"A real home from home."
We couldn't have been more comfortable, and nothing had been overlooked - with the added bonus of vases of fresh flowers, and some basic food supplies to tide us over until we could shop next morning. Really appreciated its quiet location and off road parking, as well as a good pub just 1 minute around the corner. Big thank you to the owners for the effort and care they put into making it such a welcoming stay.

"Walnut Tree cottage is ideal if you are looking to stay in a peaceful location."
The owners were friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome, including our dog. The basket of food and drink left for us on arrival was a nice touch. The cottage was very clean, spacious and well equipped. The lounge was cosy and the bed was comfortable. The pleasant garden at the front and side of the property is accessible from the front door. This area is in an enclosed space and safe for our dog to roam about without the worry of him escaping. There is a convenience store a couple of minutes walk away and a pub which serves delicious meals. We enjoyed nice walks with the dog around the area of Burgh Castle and on the beach at Winterton on sea. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to book another holiday there one day soon.
