The flat is small but perfectly formed.

It had everything you need and was lovely - spotlessly clean, bed was really comfy. We were left a welcome pack - beer,wine, jams,coffee which is a really nice gesture. Would definitely recommend - was just outside of the lovely town of cromer 10 minute walk along the seafront and the train station 5 minutes away so brilliant position whatever you plan to do

Flat was in the perfect location, even had a seaview from the lounge.

Walk into Cromer about 5 minute walk which was perfect. Flat was very clean, well decorated with everything you need. Host left a goodie box for us which was a thoughtful touch. Parking is in street and very busy which was the only downside, if you can't get a space the car parks around are quite expensive however- the flat is a 5 minute walk from the train station and it was really easy to get the train to Sherringham, Norwich etc which was a lot quicker and cheaper than driving anyway! 100% would recommend!

Lovely flat in a great location for exploring Cromer.

Thank you for the welcome basket and the folder with all the helpful hints and tips. Only things missing were iron, ironing board and an oven glove. Wonderful view from the bedroom window to the church and the sea. We were lucky enough to see bats too.

The flat is finished to a very high standard and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The view from the bedroom window is lovely. There is stairs to the flat it's just the last few that are a bit steep but certainly wouldn't put us off staying again. Sarah is lovely aswell and we really appreciated the lovely welcome basket. Would definitely recommend this flat.

Loved the location, so convenient to walk into the town centre and to Morrisons.

First time in Norfolk and as walkers we really enjoyed the variety and numerous footpaths we could do right from the front door. Cromer was lovely with several cafés and restaurants. We hope to be back.

We had a lovely stay at the flat which is decorated to a high standard lovely towels and bedding a comfy bed .

The flat is situated in a quiet street we had no problems with the parking and is close and very convenient to the town and surrounding area for visitors thank you for a lovely stay

A really nice flat in a great location just a few minutes walk from the town centre, beach and supermarket.

It was spotlessly clean and has everything you would need for a nice holiday. It was very quiet at night and parking is free on the street and surrounding areas which is a bonus. Great bus service to surrounding areas including Norwich so we only used the car once in the week. Wound highly recommend for a couple, just be aware it is on the top floor so if mobility is an issue its not for you.

We had a great time in Cromer.

The property was centrally located and beautifully appointed. We would have no hesitation in recommending it.

It was perfect for me.

I chose it to be alone to write but there is room for two. I loved being up high. Even though the weather was damp and windy it was a quiet cosy haven. The bed is very comfortable and the flat is clean, well equipped and well designed. When the sun appeared on my final full day there, the rooms took turns at filling with a cheerful glow. There are about 30 stairs to climb but for me, even with arthritic knees, it was worth clambering up. I would definitely book it again if the knees comply. Very satisfied.

A well equipped, attractive, comfortable apartment in an excellent location to take full advantage of Cromer and the surrounding area.

Gorgeous little flat.

Lovely furnishings and very comfortable bed. The stairs are steep but the listing warns about that. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location. Thanks for the welcome pack. Would highly recommend to family & friends. Only minor detail would be the steep stair case. As a couple in our early sixties we found it not a problem. But anyone with walking difficulties may struggle. Realise that there is nothing you can do about this. Overall a really nice holiday flat.
