It had all the comforts of home, was very clean and was also supplied with the little things one usually forgets to take !! Wes and Trudie were always ready to help or advise with our questions. We would certainly recommend the accommodation.

  • "Normally, I don’t leave reviews but this gem of a place needs one - WOW."

What a wonderful place, exactly like the photos and as described. The customer care from the owners was exceptional, they even called whilst they were away on holiday. We would highly recommend this accommodation and ideal for dog owners as it’s got an outside enclosed space which is secure. Ideal location to explore Norfolk and its outstanding beaches.

  • "Notes for Hemsby visitor book I had a relaxing week here with my dog Stella."

A well equipped bungalow with good layout. The kitchen had everything you would need plus comfortable furniture in the lounge. The big tv screen was a bonus for watching the cycling in Spain. Found the bed excellent and had good nights sleep. The enclosed patio area was very good to let my dog out. The bungalow is ideally positioned for beach trips or further inland to Norwich and the Norfolk Broads.

The bungalow is really spacious and comfortable with everything in it that you could possibly need. It is very well maintained and beautifully decorated. The heated bathroom floor is a real luxury and also keeps the room lovely and warm. I honestly cannot fault it, we will certainly be back and will also recommend this little gem to everyone.

  • "Lovely cottage and certainly has the wow factor."

The only downside is a ring doorbell/camera and another camera recording in the garden. This was not stated on booking and felt very uneasy whilst in garden as didn’t know if we were being listened to and watched. There is a sign on patio window to state 24 hour recording!! But this sign isn’t in photos on site but cameras are, now we know that is what they are.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry this wasn't made clear before your arrival, but the cctv is only in use when the property is empty, we should of made this clear and hope you accept our apology....we have now stated in the property that the cctv is not in use whilst guests are staying, but I can assure you there is no Ring doorbell at the property. we hope to welcome you both back very soon....Trudie and Wes Property Owner

Step into the open-plan living space, boasting a light and airy feel thanks to the high ceilings, where you can relax after a long day out, taking warmth from the underfloor heating, curling up on the sofa and browsing the Sky box for a film to watch.

Cross the threshold into the kitchen, where the house chef can show off their culinary skills to prepare a tasty supper, which can be enjoyed at the dining table.

Escape to the bathroom for a pamper and a freshen up, with a choice of bath or shower over, before retiring to the double bed.
