No need for a long review of the property or the village.

Don’t think about booking this cottage.Book it now before someone else does you won’t be disappointed and you won’t want to come home. Previous reviews have highlighted the exit from the parking space It’s certainly hazardous but this minor issue shouldn’t put you off. There’s a dvd player and one settee is a recliner.The position on the main road isn’t a problem there’s no traffic noise.

Cottage is lovely, we found parking fine as long as someone can spot you getting out onto road.

Has everything you need in kitchen -except a microwave. Very clean and tastefully decorated. (Only problem was next doors big dog kept escaping into garden which wasn’t ideal.) Would definitely like to have it again but Sykes is a nightmare to get in touch with on holiday, no response to several emails or WhatsApp so had to phone which cost a fortune on roaming charges.

What a fantastic property in an equally fantastic area for exploring the north of Norfolk.

The property was very clean on arrival and all tech aspects of the cottage worked well. Beds were comfortable ,the conservatory was a lovely part, allowing us to sit in the evening on warm summer evenings with a glass of wine with the doors wide open. The flies however were a major issue ( no reflection whatsoever on the property or owner!). I guess in summer with hot weather and doors and windows open in a rural location flies and wasps will be in abundance!!! All in all, would we stay here again? Absolutely !!

A good property with a difficult parking space.

We parked down the road and only in the parking space on arrival day and the night before departure day. North Elmham is good village convenient for many places to visit.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage.

The interiors and décor were stunning throughout, with a particularly gorgeous kitchen that has all the utensils and equipment you could ever possibly need! We loved the spacious conservatory where we enjoyed sitting and relaxing. The king-size bed was extremely comfortable, and the large roll-top bath was a real treat. Waking up each morning and looking out the window to see the neighbour's ducks was a particular highlight! The garden was absolutely stunning and so beautifully maintained – a perfect spot to sit and unwind. The village offered plenty of scenic walks, including a lovely stroll to the local pub, which has a fantastic garden. We absolutely loved the cottage and will definitely be looking to book again!

This was the most generously appointed property we have ever stayed at!

Everything was of very high quality and all systems worked perfectly. Getting out of the narrow parking spot onto a blind bend in the road was a bit hairy so we parked down the road apart from when unloading and loading. Traffic was mercifully light.

Cosy and comfortable in a lovely area.

Pity the detached garden building blocks the garden view from the conservatory (it's fair to say this is shown in the pictures). Neverthtless, a great stay.

A very clean, cosy and comfortable cottage in a fairly quiet village with excellent facilities (2 pubs, a good park and a handy shop) Beautiful surroundings with lots of walks nearby and although the weather prevented us from using the garden, it would be a great in the warmer months.

We struggled a bit cooking Christmas dinner away from home but did manage it. Although the kitchen was well kitted out it might be overly complicated for less technically minded people. A great destination for a small family.

Lovely well equippedcottage in a beautiful area, with easy access to all of Norfolk, and especially the National Trust houses.

Although on a B road, the insulation is so good that we hardly heard the traffic. Reversing into the parking space is a challenge, but there is the option of parking further up the road.

Such a lovely cottage.

We felt very comfortable. Stacey the housekeeper was excellent via text messages. The driveway and double blind bend were obviously difficult, but there is nothing can do about that. The cottage garden must be so difficult to keep on top of, but it would be fine to lock it off if you wished, as the courtyard is adequate and catches the afternoon son nicely. Chelsea Cottage is very comfortable, clean and pretty.

We had a great stay and visited several National Trust Houses and two railways during our visit. The cottage garden was very nice and although the weather was mixed we took several walks into the garden. The drive way is narrow but we managed to reverse park. We did wonder if it might be possible for a mirror to be mounted on the wall opposite the cottage so that oncoming traffic could be seen.

we had a lovely stay at Chelsea cottage - the cottage is cozy and comfortable and very well equipped - would recommend both the pubs in the village for eating and loved the cafe for breakfast A nice relaxing holiday

We found Chelsea cottage beautiful and everything was there you needed.

The equipment within the property is first class. Fell in love with this cottage, very homely. A real pleasure to spend time here. I will return.

A very comfortable and cosy cottage in an interesting setting and a very private rear outlook.

Nothing has been overlooked in terms of equipment and quality and comfort has been considered throughout. We had a lovely relaxing week and all places to visit were within an easy driving distance. The village itself is worth a day trip !

The cottage is lovely and spacious.

It’s clean and had everything we needed for our week away. It felt like home for the short while we were there. Loved the spacious kitchen, we also did a few breakfasts and dinners at the cottage. The decor throughout was lovely. We would definitely rebook for another time as we love Norfolk. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one.
