  • "Great facility for accessibility - ramps into the property, good turning space and wet room."

Easy access to the beach and long promenade with plenty of benches. A good base for travelling out and about. Would recommend Wells-by-the-sea.

Thank you very much for your positive feedback. Hope you had a great holiday and hope to see you again soon. Property Owner

  • "Very disappointing property."

Not up to your usual standard, Sykes! There were no instructions or details about anything! No welcome message or recommendations for doing anything. The floor was filthy, the crockery stained and glasses had fingerprints all over. Had to hotwash all of the stuff. The cutlery was a very mottley selection. The knives, as per another feedback, were less than useless! I'm glad I took my own. And actually the fridge is rather small - ok for two - just - but not for four! Beds were uncomfortable and creaky too. The remote for the TV doesn't work. Only half a loo roll and no spare black sacks, had to buy both. Shame - it's in a good position, but is definitely looking shabby and tired - not like it's description. I definitely think there should be mention of lack of wi-fi - because all my info was on my phone - no connection!! I didn't think we'd be able to access the property even. We had to go up to Tesco and access their wi-fi !!! They were very helpful, and I know it is an area problem, but forewarned is forearmed. I'm also prepared to clean properly but need the where-with-all to do it. So all in all, as I said, rather disappointing! The area has a lot to offer.

Hi, thank you very much for your feedback, many of the matters you have mentioned have now been addressed, including a new bigger TV. I hope you enjoyed your holiday. Property Owner

  • "Cottage itself was nice."

Could be a really lovely cottage but for us there were some basics that were a little disappointing. These are small things but would make a big difference. One of the doors to get in wouldn’t shut properly / easily so we didn’t use it. We couldn’t find the WiFi code so one of the other families in the other cottage gave us their sign with the code. The tv was really really small for the size of the room and a basic one so a larger smart tv would be better. There were two knives for prepping food, one was a bread knife and the other was so small we had to buy one. One of the kitchen cupboard doors was falling off the hinges so we didn’t use it. We also had to buy dishwasher tablets as there weren’t any supplied. And one of the beds / mattress made a lot of noise so we used the other room. Both were small beds but that’s a personal comment as used to a larger one. The sofas were comfy however one of them had a hole in so we didn’t like to use it. The location was great and if these smaller things were addressed it would be really lovely.

Hi, thank you for all your feedback, the matters you pointed out will be addressed accordingly. Hope you enjoyed Hunstanton. Property Owner

  • "The accommodation was excellent, with lots of character for a relatively modern building."

Well equipped and comfortable. One very minor point, not for publishing - the main entrance door was difficult to close sometimes - OK for me as I gave it a good push but some may struggle with it. Not a big issue, but I thought you should know.

Thank you very much for your positive feedback. Hope to see you again soon. Property Owner
