  • "A lovely, comfortable chalet with the benefit of wifi, on a peaceful site."

The owner has taken all suggestions on board and the chalet has comfortable mattresses, a bench & hooks behind the door. A great location to explore the area, with access to The Norfolk Coastal path, with walks to Cromer & Overstrand. We would definitely visit again.

Thank you for your lovely feedback, it is very much appreciated. I am glad that you enjoyed your stay in my chalet. I always listen to feedback from guests and act upon it wherever possible. The WiFi was a new addition for this year and has been well received. I look forward to welcoming you back again in the future. Property Owner

  • "Great little compact chalet."

Had everything you needed for a short stay. Modernised to a good standard and would definitely consider staying again. Feedback left by previous guests had been acted upon which was good to see. Nice also to see basic household cleaning products left for guests including tea & coffee. The beds were on the small side but understandable bearing in mind the size of the bedrooms. It would be difficult to fit anything larger in. Look forward to visiting again.

Thank you very much for your feedback, it is much appreciated. I always listen to feedback from my guests and wherever possible I will act upon this. I am glad that you enjoyed your stay and look forward to welcoming you again to 126A in the future. Property Owner

  • "Chalet clean and well equipped."

Easy access to Cromer and good walks. Would not hesitate to use it again. Pleasant location. Would suggest provision of a garden seat to sit outside in good weather. Also, the mattresses are ready for replacement

Thank you for your feedback, it is very much appreciated. I have been waiting for permission from the Park to modify the front of the chalet to allow a bench to be put there. This work has now been done and a bench purchased. New mattresses have been ordered ready for the 2022 season. Hope to welcome you back in the future. Property Owner

  • "A really uncomfortable holiday chalet with beds and sofas too small."

The mattresses and pillows on the beds were awful - could feel the springs through the mattresses and slept very badly all week. All of which is a shame because the chalet is in a good location which easy walking access along the cliff walk to Cromer centre and the town centre. However I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a more uncomfortable property. Left further feedback in the cottage guest book for the owner.

  • "Good location, near beach and town but in quiet location."

Small, but enough room for a week away for family of 4. Website would benefit from a site map to make finding the chalet easier.
