A traditional, historical village set in the heart of Norfolk in East Anglia. The beautiful village was also heavily involved in the Second World War, being the place where the first combined bombing raid was launched between Britain and America in 1942. In 2010, Swanton Morley was voted the Calor Eastern England Village of the Year and the Norfolk Community of the Year. Other than history and culture, the village offers fantastic walking facilities, fishing along the River Wensum, a traditional butchers, a deli, convenience store and village pub.
