  • "We had a lovely stay, the location was perfect and we fell in love with Hunstanton and Norfolk and we would definitely book again."

The space is generous, all the bedrooms were decent sized and the beds were really comfortable. We really did love the flat and the location. My only criticisms would be the sofas were a bit grubby and looked in need of replacing for something a bit more durable, and the absence of an information folder. Whilst email information was sent on the day of travel, i do think it would be better presented all in one folder and kept in a prominent place in the property. Minor gripes, nothing that impacted our stay.

Paula many thank for your message and tome providing feedback . I will take on board your comment and look to get the sofa professionally cleaned. I will also look into the information folder , we originally had one but then covid arrived and we were advised to take it out by Sykes due to the health and safety , but I will look to re-instate that for our guest. It would of been helpful for you to contact us early on in your stay so that these could of been rectified at the start of your stay for your comfort for the rest of it. • "A well appointed property in a fantastic location, a short walk from all the facilities."

Furnishings are all to a good standard, both bathrooms are of high quality, beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped (needs a potato masher). Unfortunately the property is let down by some basic housekeeping. We were surprised by dusty skirting boards and a slightly grubby bannister, but could see how this can happen. The lounge carpet, and upstairs bedroom carpet have some stains which ought to be cleaned, a spot cleaner would do this easily. The rug in the twin room has several dirty marks and needs replacing. One of the sofa’s also had several dirty marks. We are at the end of the season, so can accept that the property will suffer some wear and tear over the summer, but would benefit from a deep clean. Less acceptable however was the dishwasher and tumble dryer. We had to clean the dishwasher before using it, it had not been cleaned. The tumble dryer broke down with 5 minutes, asking for the water tank to be emptied. We opened the filter drawer, but this was dirty and clearly had not been cleared for some time, so we simply closed the drawer and turned the drier off. If the owners could add these cleaning requirements to their regular cleaning schedule, the property is well worth a visit, it comfortably accommodated our family and we would go back if reassured it had been adequately cleaned.

Elaine, many thanks for your feed back. You have made some valid concerns on the deep cleaning . I will pass these onto the cleaning team. Getting to the end of the season still is not acceptable that some of these issues were not address. We will endeavour to address all the above and would welcome you back anytime. Many thanks . • "Exceptional accommodation - spacious, well-equipped and spotlessly clean."

Situated in a quiet road, but just minutes from beaches in Hunstanton and Old Hunstanton. On street parking was no problem, even in peak season. We were a group of 3 generations (plus miniature schnauzer!), and the accommodation suited us perfectly. Toys and puzzles provided for little ones, and a great selection of games for the rest of the family. Great sea views, especially from the second floor bedroom window seat. The owner is lovely and was very quick to respond to any queries. We had a super week and hope to be back!

Wendy , Many thanks for spending time to provide us with valuable feedback. I’m so happy you had a lovely time with all the family. It was a real treat to actually meet some of our guest. We don’t have that luxury very often. We would love to welcome you back. Best wishes Lesley and family. Property Owner

Didn't realise there wasn't a garden but the green across the road made up for this and it was literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. Absolutely perfect for us all! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

With 4 children the washing machine was a god send! Beds were comfortable, we all slept well. Living room cosy. Location couldn’t be better, close to the activities on the sea front but far away enough to be peaceful. On the whole, a lovely property but starting to look a bit tired and in need of some TLC, a bit of paint and quite a few lightbulb replacements! We had issues with the sink in the family bathroom so couldn’t use it for 3 days till it was fixed, the toilet roll holder was also falling off the wall. The loft bedroom had a layer of dust on all the surfaces and there were carpet worms in the corner of the living room under the book case. A few hours of maintenance and cleaning and this property would be 10/10

Thank you for providing us with some valuable feedback. We are pleased that you have enjoyed your stay at the loft, it’s fabulous location and spacious apartment. We send our apologies for the sink plug and hoped it was not too much of a inconvenience for the couple of days before we were able to fix it. Many thanks for your booking and hope to welcome you back to the Loft at some point . Property Owner

There are no parking restrictions outside the property and it’s on the right side of the small town to drive to Old Hunstanton and Brancaster beaches, as well as other places like Wells. It’s also an easy walk to the seafront and the town shops and cafes. The stairs into the apartment aren’t as steep as shown in the picture on the website, this had originally put us off booking the property ! However we would definitely rebook if we wanted another stay in the area.

The apartment is in a good location near the sea front and a short walk to the town centre, and is quiet, spacious, clean and comfortable. Cooking and cleaning facilities were more then adequate although the kitchen is remote from the dining area. Unrestricted parking was available on the street outside and mostly was able to park close to the property. Only having a dead lock with one key for the entrance door was a problem as, when going out one morning for a walk whilst some of the party were still asleep, if I locked the door they were then locked in. Overall though we would be happy to stay there again

Peter thanks for your time in providing feedback. apologies for only having one key . we are in the process of cutting an additional one to help with this. many thanks for your cooperation with the heating issues, it was greatly appreciated. many thanks for your booking. Property Owner

The only thing i could see for improvement would be the kitchen utensils as most people stay in the summer they would probably eat out but as we were there for Christmas we struggled with the knives and could do we a few extras such a jugs and baking trays. Our stay was great and we have no issues at all.
