  • "The property was fantastic and clean - exactly as described."

We liked the rural charming location which is in a very tiny village with no shops within a 2 mile radius. A local resident we met on a walk told us the location of the nearest shop when we needed milk. This was useful when we need more toilet rolls and it would have been nice is a spare one was provided in each bathroom. The rooms were spacious and the open plan space worked very well for us. The showers are electric and takes time to get the correct temperature setting. The car park was near so this was a great help for loading and unloading. The entrance gates were easy to use as we were given security code prior to arrival. As this is a farm locations, there were several spiders but this was not an issue. The heating did not not on after adjusting the thermostat and after calling the host, we were informed this was on a timer but place was warm when we returned at night after dinner. I would be happy to stay here again.

  • "The property is great very spacious."

Quiet surroundings although farm based. Nice gated parking area and all plants shrubs in court yard very pretty. It had all our needs and the bed was very comfy. The duvet was a bit heavy for us but that's only our opinion. Nice and central for sherringham Holt Hunstanton Fakenham. Enjoyed our stay. Small amount of cobwebs around bedroom but on a farm I would probably expect that.

  • "A very quiet location with well equipped facilities."

Easy access to the coast, Holt and Blickling Estate. However, WIFI failed and was out of action for over 2 days which made communication difficult. Be prepared to use some fly spray!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Apologies again for the WiFi, an issue which was out of our control but all up and working again on Friday. Property Owner

  • "Great property."

The only downside was that us 'oldies' found the distance from the car park to the front door challenging when loading and unloading the car.

  • "The property was very comfortable & had good facilities, it was in a very quiet & relaxing area."

So glad though I took extra toilet paper, kitchen roll & sharp knives. (I do this whenever we go away!) The cleanliness was good, although, there were lots of cobwebs & the beams & radiators were very dusty! It is not a wheelchair friendly property, not that we needed that, but the website looked as though it might have been, fortunately I took some moveable rails for the shower which worked well for two of us. I would visit again out of fly season, ‘cos they difficult to control, we left the spray for the next people. Something one has to put up with unfortunately. The area has a lot of various things to offer, be it beach, history, walking, etc.
