  • "The chalet was clean, comfy and cosy!"

It was modern and had everything you needed for a break away, including a well equipped kitchen for cooking. It is a chalet though, so not a lot of space, but we expected that! So convenient for the beach and also close to other places we wanted to visit in Norfolk (the broads, the Seals at Horsey, Cromer etc). We loved it.

  • "We found the cottage clean and comfortable, the position in the village was excellent, facilities good."

The only thing was the WiFi,it was poor. But this was stated in the description of the cottage.

  • "This is our third visit to The Dell Chalet Park and second to no."

10 we have always visited out of season so it’s very quiet and peaceful. The only thing we would say is the double bed mattress is very firm and you can hear the springs, my husband moved to the single bed in the second bedroom, but otherwise it’s a lovely chalet

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. I am sorry you found the mattress too firm, your comfort is important to us and will be looking at how we can improve on this. Kind regards Nadine We have now put new memory foam topped mattresses in on all beds in this chalet. Property Owner

  • "Lovely chalet the only problem was the mattress on the double bed which was uncomfortable and you could feel and hear the springs with every movement."

    Otherwise it was first class.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback on Dell 10. We are sorry you found the mattress uncomfortable, the mattress is a firm mattress which is not to everyones taste. We will be reviewing mattresses at the end of the season and in the meantime we will add a topper for extra comfort. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we hope we will see you again in the future. Kind regards Nadine & Mark Property Owner
