  • "Was extremely comfortable with everything there you needed."

Only thing that needs improving is the door onto the decking as it didn’t shut properly and there was a gap all the way from the top left hand corner down to the bottom right. Ok in the current weather but won’t be good on colder weather. Whilst we enjoyed our stay we found the regular incursion of flies annoying which prevented us from opening the windows. Given they provided several types of fly deterrent we assume it’s an on going problem due to it being on farm land. Ideally situated for the north to north east coast with plenty to see and do.

Dear Anita, Thank you for your lovely comments about the cottage and for highlighting its comfort, facilities and convenient location for exploring the North Norfolk coast. We appreciate your feedback regarding the door onto the decking. During the recent spell of exceptionally hot weather, the timber door experienced some movement, which can occasionally occur with natural materials in extreme temperatures. The door has since been inspected and adjusted to ensure it closes correctly. As our cottages are situated in a rural setting surrounded by organic farmland, wildlife and insects are part of the Norfolk countryside, particularly during the warmer months. We provide a range of fly deterrents for guests' convenience, as many visitors prefer to enjoy the fresh country air with windows and doors open. We're delighted that you enjoyed your stay and hope to welcome you back in the future. Property Owner

The owners were on hand and we found them to be very helpful. Having an EV charger was a real bonus for us. Would highly recommend.

  • "We had a great few days at Foxglove."

The accommodation was clean and spacious. It had all the essentials and more. The digital radio was a great addition and the lovely sunflowers added to the ambiance. Two nice walks from the door and one was to a great Chinese restaurant called The Dukes Head . Convenient location, 25mins to Holkham, Wells and only 20mins to Snettisham, our favourite destinations. Overall a great holiday.
