Spring Cottage

Spring cottage could not be nicer.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable, well equipped and situated. Would thoroughly recommend.

The cottage is decorated to a high and tasteful standard.

The kitchen is well equipped and the bedroom is exceptionally comfortable. The owners were very quick to resond to and deal with an issue with Broadband. the location of the property is great and only two minutes walk from the beack and even closer to a lovely fish and chip shop. The only issue that we had was with the outside space. There is a picket fence dividing the property from the next property and a low picket fence to the rear (low for a long legged dog who could easily jump over). We had not realised this when booking and it mean that we had to keep the dog on his lead outside. It'd be perfect though for a smaller canine.

Enjoyed our 2nd visit to the cottage, so close to the beach, local bar & shop.

Cottage is very well maintained and owners at the end of the phone if needed. Look forward to visiting again in the future.

A lovely cottage with all amenities two minutes walk from the beach!

We have stayed a number of times and love spring cottage.

The Beach Rock Cafe a minute away are a friendly crowd serving great food. They also own the fish and chip shop next door.

This interesting old cottage was immaculately prepared with everything you could wish for.

Its position could not have been better so close to the beach and with its own generous and private parking places and nice back garden. The only limitations of the old building are only one toilet upstairs and the very narrow gap at the top of the stairs. The sandy beach is incredible, stretching for miles each way. Although due to a heat wave and the time of year there were a lot of people, there is so much room on the beach that it was never crowded. My dog loved the walks behind the sea wall.

Very peaceful and chilled. Love all the garden furniture, you can sit outside and read or lounge in the sun. Really well equipped kitchen. We call it our home from home.

A lovely stay in a very comfortable, spacious cottage for two people and a dog.

Loved the layout upstairs - so nice to have a separate dressing room. The location is ideal, so close to the beach and local amenities.

It was lovely to spend evenings with the lovely woodburner and a lovely comfy spacious bed to retire to. Beautiful beach a stone throw away which is great for dog walks. A great place to chill and revitalise .

Finished to a very high standard and very comfortable. Perfect walking distance to the beach. Lovely garden for my dog, very quiet. I appreciated the hand written note from the owners on arrival. I had a wonderful stay and have already booked again for next year.

Everything you would need and more for a great holiday. Cottage clean and cosy and very welcoming with a lovely bottle of fizz and biscuits! Would highly recommend it.

Not owning a pet, we booked Spring Cottage fully prepared for a bit of a doggie odour about the place and were delighted to discover not even a whiff - the whole cottage was absolutely spotless.

Although the outside appearance is of a more period building, the inside has been lovingly refurbished & is modern and comfortable with all the amenities you could possibly need to ensure a pleasant stay. The cottage is very close to the beach & we enjoyed our morning walks along the sand (even without a dog!) and loved that wherever we went, the people we met were so very friendly. The cottage owners too, Jane & John, were more than helpful when we encountered a problem with the heating after a power cut (Storm Amy) and were extremely quick to respond and pop over to resolve the issue. All in all, we have no hesitation in highly recommending this property and are looking forward to a return visit very soon ☺️

Everything you could wish for in a holiday cottage.

Warm, comfortable,attention to detail, quality linen, enclosed garden for your dog, own parking. Two minutes walk to beach, pub, cafe, chip shop. Five minutes to well stocked shop. Can't fault it.

We loved Spring Cottage.

The bedroom was very comfortable and the kitchen very modern. The bathroom was clean and modern. There is a good back garden and we enjoyed using the garden furniture to soak up the late summer sun. The cottage is also close to the beach and local amenities. Also good off road parking. We hope to come again.

A very comfortable and original cottage, all areas are well equipped and maintained by the thoughtful owners.

It's position very near to the beach is a good advantage, a wonderful place to just unwind. The area generally is Ideal for people with dogs as everyone we met made both us and our pet welcome.

We stayed at Spring cottage over the August bank holiday and we loved it.

The weather was brilliant. The cottage has all the facilities needed for a perfect getaway. The enclosed and private garden ideal for our dog and perfect to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day. The beach was a short walk away and although extremely busy( bank hols and weather) a short walk and the beaches open out and you find yourself on your own! Sea Palling ideal location to explore the Broads or the coast!! We would definitely recommend Spring Cottage. Oh and thanks for the Prosecco and crisps

We had a lovely stay and could really see the love you have put into the place.

We'd recommend the cottage for a couple with a dog. The garden is fully enclosed and there's a jar of dog biscuits for your four legged friend. The bathroom is cosy, but was perfect for us. The bedroom is spacious and the spare dressing room is perfect for luggage and gives that extra bit of space to even roll out a yoga mat to get a bit of practice in in peace and quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed. The place felt so well cared for. And it's a perfect location for the beach, just a minute walk away. With the added bonus of an off street free parking space. Another lovely stay at spring cottage after our first stay in September ‘24.

We absolutely adore Sea Palling, it’s one of the best dog friendly beaches in England. The cottage is cosy & comfortable - it has everything for a week long stay, we’d have happily stayed for much longer. Our little dog loved the gorgeous garden & I really enjoyed all the lovely flowers in full bloom.

It was such a beautiful and peaceful place — full of charm and comfort. The cottage was spotless, warm, and so inviting. The decor was lovely and had that perfect cosy cottage feel, just like you’d hope for in a place like this. The bed was super comfortable, and we both slept so well. The garden was a real treat — peaceful and perfect for relaxing, and our little dog Zizi loved it too! The beach being so close was the cherry on top — ideal for morning and evening walks. We felt completely at home and didn’t want to leave. A truly wonderful stay — we’d love to come back and highly recommend it!

We had a lovely stay at spring cottage it was our second time in staying the cottage is well equipped with everything that you need, on arrival there was a welcome pack.

Our pet pooch loved the walks on the beach which is just a short distance from the cottage also there is a premier shop just up the road and near by is a fish & chip shop , bistro , cafe and a pub we we're a bit disappointed because they weren’t doing any food at the time but the landlady said we will be hopefully in the future. Would definitely recommend and hopefully to stay again.

A super little cottage for two and your four legged friend.

Comfortable, stylish and a stones throw from the beach. The owners have given a great deal of thought to not only how the property is presented but also how it is lived in. The cottage has everything that you need for a home from home. It was perfect for us and we had a very relaxing break.

It is in a lovely tiny village a stones throw from the very long gorgeous beach you can walk for miles. Lovely fish shop and coffee bar so if all you want to do is laze about it’s ideal even chilling in the lovely private back garden is a treat. Lots of places to visit nearby by car. Would recommend Spring Cottage definitely.

This is my second stay at Spring Cottage and I loved it as much as the first time.

Had a brilliant stay at Spring cottage between Christmas and New Year.

The cottage is stunning and was spotless clean , comfortable sofas and bed ,lovely kitchen and is decorated really well. Only a minute from the beach where we spent time walking the dog and spotting seals. Was so nice coming back to the cottage,lighting the wood burner and relaxing. Looking forward to coming back, hopefully soon!

A lovely, warm and welcoming cottage in a perfect spot for the beach.

Ideal for walkers and dogs; very quiet too at this time of year. Lots of interesting places to visit within easy striking distance. The cottage is beautifully presented and very well equipped. We absolutely loved it. Definitely deserves a return visit.

The cottage was spotlessly clean and very cosy.

The kitchen was really well equipped, there was nothing we could say that hadn’t been provided. The cottage was also a really nice temperature, not too hot. Just a suggestion - maybe a curtain over the front and back door would be a good idea to make it even cosier? I spoke to the owner by text when I couldn’t find the clothes airer and she replied straight away and was very helpful. Overall, I can highly recommend staying at Spring Cottage - lovely to have our own car parking space too.

The cottage is a great location for the local amenities and the beach.

The cottage is welcoming. Clean and comfortable. The gifts on arrival i are welcoming. . Dog treats and water bowl for our dog. We loved it so much we are coming back next year. The Beach Rock cafe serves great food and the staff are brilliant. They also own the fish and chip shop as well. A early morning walk as the sun rises on the beach is the perfect start to the day.

A lovely little cottage and ideal for us and the dog.

Felt very much at home with a super sun trap of a garden to relax in. Only a short stroll to magnificent beach and the nearby fish and chip shop is highly recommended.

Beautiful cottage in a great location.

We had everything we could need for a weeks stay here. The cottage could easily be a small 2-bedroom but instead is a luxurious 1 bedroom with a separate dressing area - I’m really going to miss having this space! Sea palling itself is a lovely place, we ventured out to a few sea-side towns and definitely feel like we hit the jackpot with sea palling. Everywhere nearby is VERY dog friendly including the beach. Great pub & bistro on our doorstep - could have stayed for much longer. Would love to return some day.

Perfect 5-star cottage for us and our daughter's snoodle.

It had everything we needed and more. Just round the corner to the beach and with excellent parking at the back of the cottage out of the way. Lovely walks to be had and some lovely pubs/restaurants just a short drive away.

Had a lovely stay at spring cottage, on arrival there was a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge and large bag of crisps as a welcome.

Cottage is lovely, clean and well equipped. There is a premier shop down the road few mins walk and just across the road is chips shop and the beach only 3 mins away we had lovely walks along the beach. We will be back again would definitely recommend.

The cottage has everything you need for a relaxing break away from the norm. Having the beach just a few steps away was perfect for us and our dog. If you visit, you must take advantage of the seals at Horsey and the day boats on the broads. Cromer is not far and an absolute must to get a real taste of Norfolk. Thank you to our hosts/owners for those personal touches on arrival.

Fabulous time at Spring Cottage We had 3 nights at Spring Cottage with our dog.

The cottage was very well presented and tastefully furnished, had a lovely feel to it. It was very clean and I believe newly renovated. Treats left for the dog and ourselves plus tea and coffee which is a nice touch. Very close to the cafes and a shop down the road, sadly the Reef Bar and fish and chip shop not open for our stay, but due to be re-opened in April after refurbishment I think. Dunes cafe at Waxham does a lovely breakfast, 30 to 40 mins walk along beach if you feel up to it! Very friendly people in the pubs we went to as well. The beach is 2 mins away and is beautiful as are others you walk along to, our dog had the best time! The seals at Horsey were fab to see close up. The owners are lovely and very helpful and would definitely recommend this property. It was quiet but imagine gets very busy in the summer. Hopefully we will stay again sometime.

We had the most wonderful stay at Spring Cottage.

The property was everything we were looking for, it was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped. It was homely and relaxing, our dog absolutely loved it too! The bed is very comfortable, as is the living area. We even lit the log burner and enjoyed a crackling fire one evening. The location is perfect, just a moments walk from the sea. We walked along the beach for hours each day and were very lucky to enjoy a week of sunshine. We would absolutely recommend and can see ourselves returning at some point too.

Spring Cottage is a stunning property of exceptional standard.

It has been thoughtfully renovated & contains everything you could want for a short break & more. The location is perfect, literally 2 mins from the beach. Although we stayed in February & it was very quiet, I imagine it would be a busy place during the summer months. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to anyone in the future. We had an excellent stay here.

Could not fault the well equipped kitchen, the comfort of the living room and bedroom. Nice having a dressing room too. The log burner was lovely and cosy in February, The facility was lovely and clean We were lucky to see the seals that come ashore to moult this time of the year at Horsey beach. Sea Palling beach must be wonderful in the summer in warm weather. Have no problems recommending this cottage.
