What a wonderful cottage, perfect for us & our brother & sis in law, our dog’s loved the secure garden, the cottage had everything we needed, lovely cake left for us & treats for the dog’s, very much appreciated, met the lovely owner who said if you have any problems we’re hear to help, we loved our stay, short walk to the high street, we all enjoyed our stay very much…

Communication pre-booking was very efficient and any queries were answered very promptly.

Accommodation - perfect! Clean and comfortable. Comfy beds. Everything we needed was to hand and the welcome goodies were appreciated. The folder with cottage info was to hand if we needed it and covered everything. We loved the cottage and wouldn't hesitate to return at a future date.

We had a very comfortable stay at White Cottage which was really well equipped in all respects.

We were particularly impressed with the cooking facilities. Instructions for use of media were clear and specific, which was most helpful. All beds were comfortable with choice of pillows and bedcovers. We could imagine the garden being a real pleasure in Spring and Summer, we might well book again to find out!

We had a lovely stay at Flint Cottage.

The cottage is very clean and well equipped with a very cosy lounge. It is very close to the beach, town centre and train station. We didn't have a dog with us and were a bit concerned that the cottage would smell of dog or have hairs everywhere, but we were pleasantly surprised that there was not a trace of dog to be found :) So would definitely recommend to non dog owners too. The hosts were also very helpful and quick to respond to queries.

The location was excellent and house itself very good - unfortunately a couple of things caused my rating for cleanliness to be less than perfect, the airfryer had to be cleaned before use, some of the cutlery was also a bit dirty.

A fantastic cottage, so comfortable, well equipped & spotlessly clean.

The garden was perfect for the dogs. Only a short walk to the beach & the high street with some gorgeous shops & great dog friendly pubs. We had such a lovely, relaxed few days here & would definitely book again. Thank you Anne for your speedy response when we had issues with the TV.

This was our first time staying at Flint Cottage but we have previously stayed in neighbouring White Cottage which is under the same ownership.

What can we say other than AMAZING! Both Flint and White Cottages are the only places that I could actually move into and live without changing a thing (and we've stayed in many lovely holiday cottages over the years. Max and Anne have provided everything that you could possibly need during your stay and all the pots, pans etc are in really good condition and are clearly replaced regularly. Plus, whilst the kitchen is well stocked of utensils, there is still plenty of space in cupboards to store your own food supplies. The only slight negative this time, and it's something completely out of control of the owners, is that this time we struggled to park outside the property on a couple of occasions that we actually used our car and had to park on an adjoining street. However due to the proximity of the cottage to the centre of town, both train stations and the local Tesco you could quite easily stay at Flint Cottage for your entire stay without using your car at all. We are certain that we'll return at some point in the future as we'd like, hopefully, to be able to make full use of the garden which is beautifully maintained by a regular gardener and completely secure for 4 legged visitors to wander about.

Lovely accommodation, excellently sited.

This was our first time staying in Sheringham and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay.

A real home from home, with everything we needed for a perfect stay. It was the small extra touches that makes this place so special - including the access to all of the digital channels including Netflix and Prime, the well equipped kitchen with an air fryer! and the doggie treats on arrival. A Short stroll from the high street, the beach and the local bus services meant we didn’t have to drive anywhere once we had parked up outside the cottage. A real gem of a cottage and we can’t wait to return.

This was our first time in Norfolk and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay!

It’s the fifth holiday cottage we’ve booked through Sykes, and definitely the best. Spotlessly clean, cosy, and really well equipped. The location in Sheringham was ideal, just a short walk to the seafront, shops, and public transport. The owners, Max and Anne, were so friendly and helpful throughout. Even with some mixed weather here and there, we had a brilliant week and are already planning to return!

It is a lovely traditional cottage with everything you could ask for.

Beautiful cottage, spotlessly clean very comfortable, and has everything you need for a great holiday, perfectly placed for toen, the seafront and local transport, could not recommend more highly.

Very comfortable and well equipped cottage with a lovely west facing outside space which we used to full advantage for eating outside as we had lovely weather .

Owners were very helpful and responsive to requests . The cottage is ideally placed for walking to all amenities and the road is very quiet so we had no problem with parking . Other guests in our party arrived by train which was equally convenient .

I've stayed in many property's and this is one of the best.

Not just the location, facilities, cleanliness, comfort and other features, but the attitude of the owners. We had an issue with one of our dogs the 1st night and the owners went above and beyond to ensure the issue was resolved and we were able to enjoy a fantastic week. This made a great week, a fantastic week.

Close to the high street and beech but on a quiet road.

A fully equipped warm comfortable cottage, quiet, but a 5 minute stroll from all the shops and eateries and 10 minutes from the promenade, would certainly return and Max and Ann are lovely to deal with.

Absolutely loved our stay at Flint Cottage.

Everything you could ever need was provided. We were 4 adults and 4 dogs who had never been to the area before. Sheringham was a lovely town and we found some amazing beaches up and down the coast. Would highly recommend to everyone!

Lovely cosy home - beds very comfy and well equipped kitchen.

So close to the shops, beach and good food pubs. Lots of local places to walk only a short drive away. Secure garden for our dog too. We’d love to come back!

We had a lovely stay at the cottage, it was very clean, warm and had a well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge and a huge bathroom.

It was very dog friendly with a lovely secure garden. Although only a few minutes walk to the centre of Sheringham, the cottage was in an extremely quiet street and we were able to park outside. We enjoyed visiting the nearby Sheringham Park, Holkham Hall, Fellbrigg Hall and Cromer. It was a great location to visit the area. We would highly recommend Flint Cottage and hope to stay again.

Fabulous property in great location.

Had everything we needed and spotlessly clean. No problem parking. Great for dog too.

This is the third time we've stayed at Flint Cottage and we've always found it clean and comfortable.

We particularly appreciate the complimentary tea and coffee and the milk and cake when we arrive.

As soon as you walk in through the door you feel at home with flint cottage.

The attention to detail is top notch and even a cake and milk upon arrival. The owners have put a lot of thought into making you and your dogs stay comfortable as we certainly where. It’s had to believe your so close to the town as sitting in the garden was lovely and quiet. Our dog enjoyed the lawned garden that was a great size. Overall I would recommend flint cottage as a quality property. People have mentioned about the parking but we had no issues parking on the road.

Great location for shops, beach and public transport.

Couldn't park in the street, it was always bumper to bumper the whole week. The cottage had everything you could possibly need. Lovely to find milk, cake, biscuits and tea/coffee upon our arrival. The cottage was clean, good WiFi and had lots of information about places to visit. The mattress in the green room was very uncomfortable. Had a lovely time, weather was great and we would stop again

Very conveniently situated in a quiet street not far from the town centre. Sheringham is a good centre, close to the sea, important nature reserves and National Trust properties. Friendly and helpful proprietors.

Beautiful house very spacious, comfortable & well equipped.

Large garden just what we look for 'a proper dog friendly property'. Only a couple of minutes walk from town but you wouldn't know this & also able to walk to beach. Would definitely recommend it's 5 star in my book.

Flint House was a lovely place to spend a week.

The steep stairs folk mention are because of the delightfully high ceilings in a Victorian house. The garden was immaculate and ideally secure for dogs. It would be worth mentioning that the TV package includes Netflix and Prime. We will definitely repeat our stay as soon as we can.

The house is lovely and in a prime position to explore the town.

It’s a real treat that it is dog friendly and so large. The house really worked for us and our pack.

Very nice cottage, could do with a larger TV in lounge, lovely location only short walk to town and beach.

Parking can be problematical imagine it would be very difficult to park near cottage at peak times.

The house was spacious and very well equipped. The garden area was fabulous, and im sure in the warmer weather you would spend lots of time lounging. We have all had a fabulous stay.

Clean and well equipped

We were very happy in this home, and that was how we felt, at home.

Good sized rooms, spotlessly clean, well furnished and in the kitchen everything you could need. On street parking was no problem and we were able to leave the car parked up and walk to the shops, pubs, takeaways and of course, the beach. All this and dog friendly too (though there was absolutely no sign that dogs had ever stayed there) Perfect. Thank you

My recent stay at Flint cottage was brilliant.

The accommodation was spacious & clean throughout, large secure garden, well equipped kitchen, and location couldn't of been better just a short walk to the beach. The property was in a peaceful location just off the main high street and whilst there is no allocated parking, we were always able to park close to the property. Really enjoyed my stay.

Every small detail was thought about so nothing to worry about except having a good time

Everything about the cottage and location is very good.

The only issue is parking. Having to find somewhere to park every day is not convenient.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable and well equipped cottage with the added bonus of a large, enclosed garden - ideal for children and dogs.

The "welcome pack" (cereals, tea, coffee and chocolate cake) was a nice touch and much appreciated. A hidden gem close to the town and the beach which we will definitely be returning to!!

We have just spent a fabulous week in this beautiful cottage.

Comfortable, roomy, well equip and a real lovely base for our holiday. Lovely garden ideal for our dogs and my 2 year old Granddaughter to play in safely. An added and most welcome bonus was a lovely cake, tea, coffee and milk on our arrival. I would highly recommend Flint Cottage and we hope to return. Thank you from very happy visitors

Lovely cottage, TV in lounge could do with updating very small screen especially for older people whose eyesight is not as good as if was.

Also provision of a USB plug for charging phones etc would be helpful. We had a very enjoyable week and really appreciated being able to bring all four dogs.

Flint Cottage was so lovely.

Cleanliness was outstanding. Location was fabulous for us. 2 minute walk into Sheringham and amenities. The beach was 5 minute walk. Our dogs loved the holiday too!

The cottage was exceptionally clean.

The communication with the owners was also excellent. They were aware that we were arriving following our wedding and had made the cottage even more homely.

The cottage was not suitable for OAP The stairs were steep and dark furniture was to low for us Parking space where you could manage to find a space in surrounding streets We arrived on the Saturday and left Tuesday very disappointing

Cottage was really clean.

Everything was catered for, even down to kitchen towel, loo roll and dishwasher tablets. Owners were very obliging.

The cottage was the best property we have stayed in.

We always use Sykes cottages as they are always so good, but this one exceeded our expectations. The size, facilities, comfort - everything about the place was excellent.

It is right by the shops and beach and some lovely places to eat. The cottage itself is very comfortable and equipped with everything you could need. The garden is a great size and perfect if you have dogs. We would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient for the shops and seafront. The cottage was well equipped and clean with some extras like breakfast cereals and toiletries. We were lucky with being able to park outside the cottage 5 nights out of 7 but I imagine it could be a problem at busier times, Overall a lovely holiday.

Flint Cottage is beautifully decorated, with some lovely features, such as the fireplaces.

The kitchen and upstairs bathroom are done to a very high standard. Very clean throughout. The back garden is a lovely space. Location wise it’s very close to the amenities, and only 5 minute walk to the beach, but still a very quiet road. There is some lovely local artwork around the property too. The owners were great with communication and lots of useful information was left such as WiFi and heating instructions, local attractions and places to eat. A very enjoyable stay.
