A beautiful, clean, well situated cottage.

Perfect for couples or couples and their dog. There is everything you need in the cottages and on your doorstep. The only downside is there is little room to dry clothes out side and there is no parking at the cottage. There are carparks within a short walk and even in the peak season we easily found parking. You can also buy a weekly parking permit that covers all the NNC carpark, a much cheaper option. Will definitely stop there again as it suited us perfectly.

Lovely clean little cottage definitely cozy & is in a perfect location.

Pub at the bottom of the street & the sea was just 2 mins walk away. No parking outside but this was never an issue as we found a place further up the street. Only thing we’d replace would be the kettle, when pouring the steam came up over your hand, other than that it was a perfect holiday. Thank you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seaspray, it has a lovely cottage feel to the property with an excellent location for both the town and seafront.

The bed is very comfortable and of good size along with the size of the bedroom. The bathroom is nice and modern with a lovely bathroom mirror.The kitchen has everything required and also a great washing machine. In the morning the outside area is nice to sit and have a morning coffee watching the town come alive. The only slight issue was no back garden which we knew about before booking and can sometimes be a challenge with 2 dogs but we managed and would certainly book again. The neighbours are very nice opposite the property(Isabella and next to her Dave) and nice to chat to. So to conclude, a fantastic seaside property in the heart of Sheringham which was a lovely week and would definitely use the property again.

My husband and I really enjoyed our 3 night stay at Seaspray.

We felt at home straight away! The heating was very easy to use, it was needed! It was very central for walking to the beach and high street, we are looking forward to going again soon.

Lovely small cottage about 1 min walk to sea.

Seaspray had everything we needed and stayed cool in the heat. Located in Sheringham with lots of pubs and amenities. There is no parking at the cottage but we found side streets to park on . Our small dog had a great time exploring .

We loved our stay at Seaspray.

The cottage was beautifully decorated, very clean, in a great location and the kitchen was well equipped. We also loved the freestanding bath, comfy bed and upstairs bathroom. If you don’t mind a walk, there is plenty of roadside parking. We managed to find somewhere to park each day. The only very minor negatives that could have made it perfect were that there was no pepper & the bath towels were looking a little tired. We would recommend a stay here and would certainly book again.

Beautiful and cosy cottage, very close to the seafront.

Great facilities and comfortable furnishings. They had decorated the cottage very sweetly for Christmas during our stay. Highly recommend.

Such a cosy and tastefully furnished cottage, warm and welcoming especially with the log fire.

Ideally situated only a few minutes walk to the beach and shops. The car park is close by so not a major issue. The bath in the bedroom was lovely at the end of the day and the morning shower warm and refreshing. Close by are endless sea and woodland walks, many beautiful National Trust properties to visit and the walk to see the seals at Blakeney Point worth every step (although hard work on the shingle so maybe go by boat!). Totally recommend Holker Hall, amazing place to visit. A lovely break in a warm and relaxing cottage with plenty to do in the area.

A lovely cottage, very clean and tidy.

Situation very close to the shore and main shopping and steam railway. No guest book, which is a shame and I would recommend having one so that guests can share tips for dining and walks as well as places to visit. No enough towel’s unfortunately, only one hand towel in the property. I would recommend there being some cleaning cloths and suitable cleaning liquids as I always like to leave as I find and had to purchase these items. This said, Seaspray was lovely and we would book again. Thank you.

What a superb little cottage.

It was spotlessly clean and very cosy and comfortable. It's in a great location for the high street and promenade and parking is just around the corner near the Crown pub. We bought a weekly ticket which means you can use it in all North Norfolk car parks. I would highly recommend Seaspray as a great place to stay.

Absolutely lovely cottage.

Spotlessly clean, beautiful decor, very comfortable and only metres from the shops, pubs and beach! Can’t wait to come back again.

The propery was very nice and comfortable.

We were disappointed to only have one extra roll of toilet paper, and found the 9.30am checkout to be on the early side compared to other places we've stayed. As the property is dog friendly it would be useful in the Guest Info to provide some locations of where dogs can be walked. We found this a bit of a struggle for our stay. All in all a great time and a lovely location. Thanks.

A lovely refurbished cottage set in a great location right near the beach and the High Street.

A problem caused by torrential rain was quickly dealt with by the owners. Instructions for the hob and oven would have been appreciated. Whitehall Yard is very pretty and the residents very friendly. East Cliff carpark is only minutes away and you can book for the week online. Sheringham is a delightful town with an excellent bus and train service

Excellent property, very clean and well laid out.

Some very nice touches which make you feel welcome such as a hello drink, chocolate digestive biscuits and milk in the fridge. Great shower and the perfect bath to sink into. Very close to the town and sea front all within 5 min walk. Would recommend to anyone

Lovely well well-equipped cottage, only 5 mins from the beach and the same for the high street to be able to get everything you need for our stay.

It had everything we needed and made for a perfect break away.

A beautifully presented cottage in a perfect location for the town of Sheringham and the sea front.

On entering the cottage you are greeted with a decanter of sherry, tea and coffee, milk and shortbread. A smart leather bound welcome and instruction book with clear pages to help you through your holiday. The cottage is immaculate in every feature including a deep relaxing bath in the bedroom with bubble bath included. A welcome addition after walking the coastal path with our dog. The locals are friendly and you are made to feel welcome. The carpark (long stay) is £44 for the week which is reasonable but the welcome pack says contact the local council may afford you a permit. We did not try this as we’d already paid for the week. I highly recommend this cottage and Sheringham for a truly relaxing break on the Norfolk coast. Plenty to do or not depending on the mood. We will definitely return.

Couldn't find cooker instructions. A dishwasher might be a helpful addition but no matter would certainly visit again.

Wall lights not working downstairs.

It’s two years since we last visited, due to my hudband’s health, and what a delight it was to be back.

Absolutely immaculate, both in cleanliness and decor. It’s made extra special by the friendliness of the resident neighbours. It’s in a perfect spot, two minute walk from the main high street and four from the beach BUT the cul de sac in extremely quiet. Sheringham is a lovely ‘Seaside Town’ extremely clean and everyone is so friendly. Plenty of walks on your ‘doorsteps’. We particularly like walking along the beach to Cromer, as well as all the local places to visit. The Steam Train to Holt was lovely.

Every thing was fine except for the scalding hot shower, whose heat could not be reduced.

The Internet was down for 3 days at least. It was still down as we left. However I don't think it was specific to this property.

The cottage was cosy and warm.

The facilities were excellent. The only things I would recommend is a shelf unit near the bath as there is nowhere for your sponges etc while in the bath. Also a teapot would be nice. But overall would definitely recommend and will be returning for another stay.

Sheringham is a charming little seaside town with a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants and a pleasant atmosphere.

Seaspray is conveniently located in a quiet street between the high street and the promenade. We found the house to be clean, warm and very practical for ourselves and two medium sized dogs. The furnishings were of good quality, the sofa and bed comfortable, which made for a pleasant and relaxing week. There is no parking outside the house but there were two car parks within 3 minutes walking distance, and cost £34 for the week. The only things that were missing were glasses large enough to hold a bottle of beer and a teapot! We hope to return to Seaspray again next year, as we consider it to be one of the nicest properties we have ever stayed in. Well done to the owners.

The toilet door didn’t shut properly and we had to put a towel over it at night to stop it banging.

Had a problem with the toilet flushing which was addressed quickly.

We absolutely loved Seaspray.

It was immaculately presented and very comfortable. It was just moments away from the centre of the town, beach and all facilities. Parking in the car park was a three minute walk away. . We would definitely like to come back again. The only suggestion we would make would be a rubber mat in the shower tray as it was very slippery.

We stayed from Friday till Monday with our cookerpoo, and we all loved it, it was a cosy, comfortable cottage, there was a lot of loud music from the local pub, which we got used to very quickly.

We loved the location in terms of being in the centre of town and so close to the beach. Parking at a nearby car park was easy and just up the road. We would definitely look to book again. Jo, Paul and Luna

5 star cottage, 5 star location and would highly recommend.

Wanted to give positives first as its beautiful place to stay. The only thing I'd say is advertise for 1-2 small dogs only, plus explain only tiny courtyard at the front. My cocker spaniel cleared the wall and ran into the house opposite which housed a cat. No dramas and the couple opposite were delightful. Beautiful decor & we virtually stayed in Sheringham the whole time because we loved it. Dog friendly beaches far left & far right.

Just a few negatives to begin.

I think the previous guests must of had a dog as there was a strong doggy smell when we arrived.The noise from the local pub needs a mention,spoiled an otherwise perfect location.And the cottage needs a full length mirror.All that said it was a lovely little place,well equipped and perfect for getting around on public transport. Sheringham is a lovely location,everything you need is there and apart from the noisy pub ,it's quiet and well worth a trip

The property has been refurbished to a high standard and is very comfortable and in a great central location.

There is a car park nearby that needs to be factored into the costs of staying here at £8.50 per day , although passes could be obtained at a lower cost for longer periods. The cottage is dog tolerant and not dog friendly, it really disappoints that the rules for dog stays are only given after the booking, dogs not allowed on furniture, upstairs , and you have instructions that all dog hair must be removed before departure. This meant we had to hoover before we left to make sure that no traces of the dog existed in the property. No facilities at all for your canine companions, you have to bring everything from beds to bowls. The owners obviously realise the value of customers with pets and want to attract the pet owner market but it all seems a bit grudgingly. There is no enclosed garden as advertised. It is the front of the property which is a paving slab width and not suitable for your pet. Please remove the enclosed garden description in the property description. The another point for consideration is the arrival time of 3pm and an departure by 9.30am. It is a tiny one bedroom property , how on earth does it need a five and half hour turnaround time, meaning a very late arrival and a crack of dawn exit. International guidelines would at least be a 2pm arrival and a 10am departure or later. Also please check your electrics , the lights in the entire property dimmed and turned up on their own constantly. We originally thought it was haunted but soon realised it’s a fault and happened for the duration of our stay. All in all it’s a lovely accommodation for a couple and think you should market it without the pet friendly part as it’s not suitable for pets. That all said you have a lovely property in a great location and is great for a couple for a getaway.

A cosy, well equipped cottage, in a quiet location, yet just minutes from the beach and the high street, with it's excellent range of local shops, including an excellent bakers, butcher and fishmonger.

We really enjoyed our weekend in this very cosy cottage.

It is ideally situated near to the seafront and shops and cafes. It’s very well equipped and has been finished to a high standard. However the sofa ( and the pillows on the bed) aren’t very comfortable. Also it would be nice to have been told that only two pieces of wood are supplied for the stove.

Beautiful little cottage in a fantastic location.

As other reviews have said, we did struggle a bit with the lock on the front door, but other than that, absolutely perfect. Pubs, high street and beach right on the doorstep. Comfy bed. Nice and cosy. Great for the dogs too. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

The property was tastefully decorated fantastic bed and linen.

My wife thought the personal touches were nice. The only thing that spoilt it for me was the chair and settee that were uncomfortable. ( only my opinion ) I like chair/settee’s to have more back support.. I also was concerned about my car from a safety point as I wasn’t able to watch the car as the car park was out of view. Value for money was excellent.

We arrived during storm Babet which was not a good idea as finding on street parking was not an option in the downpour so had to get a 7 day parking permit at a cost of £34.

00! Location of the cottage was excellent with restaurants, shops and beach (and long stay car park) all within 5 minutes walk!

A great use of space. Very handy as you are right near the beach and Sheringham High Street. The only not so positive feedback is please change the settee.

Seaspray Cottage is really lovely.

There's nothing not to like. It was spotless, nicely decorated, comfortable, well equipped and the bath was an extra added luxury! The location is handy for pubs, cafes, shops and the sea front. Outside space is very pleasant and residents living nearby are very friendly. I would definitely recommend this cottage.

Fantastic place, very clean and modern however not much room to sit and “chill” in the evening a small 2 seater in the living space was not big enough for 2 average adults.

We had a brilliant week, the cottage was exactly as advertised, very modern but tastefully done.

The weather was good and our neighbours were lovely! We have already been recommending it to our friends, lovely cottage.

A beautiful cottage, set in a perfect position.

You have amazing Cleaning Staff, they need to be praised for the cleanliness of the cottage. We knew there was ‘No Parking’ but easily found one within a five minute walk of the cottage. Lovely to get to know the permanent residents too! Everything you would need, in the kitchen, is provided. Loved our stay and will go back next year as it is close to where my elderly Uncle lives. Perfect.
