Inaccurate listing.
Might be me to blame for looking at pictures and seeing that its close to the hub (as you can see the tennis court in the windows). Thinking that maybe as it's mentioning WiFi from main hub and being near by I will be able to use it. Nope, wrong. It's just an old picture from when the caravan was for sale. Which also means that everything is much tattier and worn than the pictures suggest. Swimming pool advertised NOT included in the price, despite being advertised. but if you book directly with Parkdean (which costs less too) would be included. No patio furniture and no portable chairs to enjoy a bit of sun outside. General okay stay, I think the pillows and duvets needs to be refreshed, full of all sorts of stains. We were unlucky bunch who came after a party a day before and cleaner haven't been to clean. Spent over an hour brushing the carpet and sofas, putting away someone's dishes and cleaning spillages, scraping off chocolate pastries from between the cushions and carpet (I really hope it was chocolate..) No compensation offered or checked if we were ok. The communications with Sykes were pretty slow perhaps due to being a weekend, since the owner decided to ignore us until 12h from our stay when we still had no key collecting info. Also, Cleaning deposit is paid directly to the bank account which is odd way to go around things and days after the stay I had to chase the owner a couple of times to get my deposit back. Not a relaxing holiday you might hope for, stress before the stay and after the holiday.
A wonderful stray and a beautiful location, highly recommend for a short or long stay.
