    As previously mentioned the proper dropped kerb is needed.

  • "Had a fantastic stay, the place was great, super clean, modern and newly furnished."

    The only downside was the parking. The curb hasn't been lowered and the makeshift ramp put up has huge screws sticking out that could pop a tyre. Any smaller car or lower profile one would struggle to get on the drive imo without scratching their bumper. I think this needs to be stated in the listing.

It is possible to get onto the driveway without using the makeshift ramp. The screws are not normally in place.Small cars don't usually have any problem to get on the drive. Property Owner

    It was immaculately clean & very cosy. Bed linen of really good quality & lovely fluffy towels. Only a short walk to the village but in a nice quiet corner, making for a peaceful stay. The welcome pack was a lovely touch & very nice. We left a couple of pieces of clothing emailed the owner and we’re very kindly posted to us. We had a fabulous week & will definitely go back. We can’t recommend it enough.

The property

Harbour Place is a detached bungalow situated in the port town of Wells-Next-The-Sea, which is on the North Norfolk coast of England.

This stylish open-plan property is great for a coastal getaway and sleeps up to four people, making it a charming setting for visiting the coast and country.

Tucked up at the end of the close, a large private driveway, fitting up to four cars, greets you before entering through the front door to the bright hallway which leads you directly to the open-plan living area.

The living area has two large sofas that you can look forward to cosying up in, sat around a wall-mounted TV and an electric fire.

Next to that is a useful dining room table, and a kitchen with fully-equipped amenities, making it able to decide who the designated chef will be, as well as a handy washing machine.

Back into the hallway, there is a door leading to the master bedroom which has a king-size bed, a wardrobe and leads to an en-suite with a shower, basin, WC, heated towel rack, mirror and ample storage space.

The second room has a double bed, attractive décor and a wardrobe to unpack any of your belongings, served by a family bathroom.

The patio doors lead you outside to an enclosed garden, with high fencing, a lawn and four chairs and a table sitting on the patio, ready for any barbeques or evenings under the stars.

You can take a short stroll into town, where you will find plenty of shops to stock up on any necessities or essentials, and a choice of pubs or restaurants to enjoy an evening out.

You are also a short drive from a game of a pitch and putt golf, and a sandy beach, with parking.

If you can tear yourself away from the bungalow and the surrounding town, further afield you will find the historic Holkham Hall, the magical Norfolk coastal path and Norfolk Broads is home to petting zoos, boutiques, tree top adventures, watersports and lots more.
