Serve your culinary treats at the dining table, toasting to a much-awaited break with your nearest and dearest.
Step out to the enclosed rear terrace garden, complete with seating and a barbecue area, perfect for those summer evenings.
As the evening fades, retreat to the bedrooms to catch your rest, including a double, king-size and bedroom room with bunk beds, so there’s a variety of options.
From the door there is a great selection of walks for all walking types, ranging from strolls through to more difficult routes along the coastline.
Pack your bucket and spades and head for the beautiful Llanbedrog beach, an ideal spot to spend the day soaking up the sun, whilst there is also Abersoch beach, Traeth Marian-y-de beach and Traeth Glan-y-Don.
This property is close to a number of local shops and pubs, including The Ship Inn and Glyn Y Weddw Arms, perfect if you don’t fancy cooking one evening.
Slightly further afield you can spend your days exploring the Llyn Coastal Path and the charming villages along the way, or stop off at some historic sites, such as Plas yn Rhiw.
3 St Tudwals Estate is a splendid escape, whatever time of year.

We have just returned from a lovely week at Watlands We have thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful property it’s extremely comfortable and those amazing views wow Llanbedrog Beach is beautiful and it’s only a short drive into Abersoch and another beautiful beach the Dog loved it Safe and secure back garden for our little Dog Can’t wait to return next year
Watlands is a beautiful property offering spectacular views of the sea.
It is very well equipped and has a nice modern feel to it. Our only issue was how to use the shower, there were no instructions to be found and although simple enough it was not immediately obvious . ( the on/ off switch was in the hallway ).
The accommodation was lovely.
It was in a great location with fantastic views from the living room to the sea. The beds were very comfortable, it had a good bathroom and shower and a well equipped kitchen. It was in a good location to get to Abersoch, Pwllheli, Aberdaron and Nefyn. We had a lovely 2-week holiday and were sorry to leave.
