Fantastic peaceful holiday at Glan William.

The cottage is very well equipped and beautifully refurbished. Beds were very comfy. The decor compliments the Slate Quarryman's cottage tradition. Brilliant walks from the doorstep. The village location is perfect for convenience and relaxation. Will come back.

Glan William is a beautifully presented property with everything you need for a very comfortable stay .

It’s somewhere I would definitely like to revisit.

Kitchen has everything for home cooking. Welcome pack gratefully received Spotlessly clean. Perfect position for getting around north wales

Windows in need of cleaning throughout the property, cobwebs to be removed throughout.

Both bathrooms in need of storage in the showers for shampoo & soap etc, no toilet roll holders. Only 2 bath and 2 hand towels supplied, nothing for the kitchen area, would have been nice to have spare towels available. The refurbishment of the property has been completed to a very high standard by professional tradesman, would be happy to return.

We have been back to this cottage on multiple occasions probably more than 8 times.

We can not find fault, it’s beautiful, always spotless, so well equipped and we love the village and the people so welcoming and they always remember my husbands name in the shop. Book it you will not be disappointed, we will be back.

This is a lovely, homely and comfortable cottage in a very welcoming village.

My granddaughters loved it, especially having two bathrooms both with illuminated mirrors.

The home was warm, clean and very comfortable. It was stylish inside and out. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. And it is located in beautiful Dolwyddelan.

Property exceeded expectations.

Finished to a high standard. Full facilities offered in house, and nice garden area. Small village with great pub and small shop a few doors away. Easy parking right outside house on quiet street. Good walks straight from door.

It was very clean, comfortable and spacious for four adults. The location was ideal for visiting the many tourist attractions/places in the area. Thank you for a lovely stay; we would certainly recommend the cottage to anyone considering staying in that area.

Great cottage, lovely decor and good facilities.

Well located for local facilities and nearby attractions and walks. We loved the proximity to the river where the kids spent most of their time wading and exploring. Thank you for our stay!

We had a very enjoyable week at your beautiful cottage; it is well kept to a high standard, immaculately clean, warm and comfortable.

The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything that one might need for a self-catering holiday. Bathrooms were nicely laid out and both with good showers. The local shop, pub and restaurant were close by and there were no problems with parking outside the cottage. The cottage is well placed to explore the surrounding area, and we would happily stay there again and recommend to others. Thank you very much.

The cottage is really well maintained, well equipped and cosy.

Great location for exploring Snowdonia. The outside space was a nice surprise. Not sure about the 'extra' food in the cupboards, particularly the half opened things and the cottage was a little dusty with a few cobwebs which maybe due to the hard floors throughout, other than that would certainly recommend to others.

Glan William is a beautiful and comfortable home from home.

It has been refurbished to a high standard and is very clean, modern and comfortable. It is located in a serene and picturesque village. We had a lovely time and the host was generous in making essentials (and some non essential) items available. The pictures are accurate and depict the layout and furnishings available.

We had a wonderful stay at Glan William, it is a beautiful and cosy cottage.

It is in a great location, with lots of walking and exploring to do in the surrounding areas.

A lovely holiday cottage with everything that one would need for a great holiday in this part of North Wales.

We really enjoyed our stay here and we cannot think of anything that we would wish to complain about. Would stay again in a flash, but as we are in the process of selling our house and moving, we are unsure of when that may be!

A delightful property, worked well with four adults staying, ideally placed to visit many areas around Snowdon.

What a lovely stay we had at Glan William May 7-14, we give our highest recommendations!

The cottage is renovated to a high spec, very cosy, well-equipped and has ample room for parking in front. The shower room on the ground floor is an extra plus, in our case allowing one bathroom per couple. We were very lucky with the weather (so the locals kept telling us;-) and we made good use of the lovely patio with fold-away doors to the kitchen. The cottage lies on the way to the village school, so the double room gets some noise in the morning. Alas, the local pub Y Gwydyr was temporarily closed for renovation, but that was about the only drawback of our stay. Room for improvement? The only thing we can think of is the addition of a hairdryer..;-)

The cottage was well equipped with contemporary fittings & decor.

It was situated in very picturesque countryside near to a railway station & shop with good road links. The village pub is undergoing a complete refurbishment, so is not open at present, which was disappointing. The only complaint we have is that the double bed was extremely uncomfortable! This is such an important part of a holiday & would certainly influence our decision to return.

Another fantastic stay at this beautiful cottage (our third visit since last November).

We're now looking at dates for September and December.

Loved it so much we’ve booked another five nights there in May. Spotlessly clean, it is very well equipped and in an excellent location for exploring Snowdonia. I cannot recommend too highly.

Our stay in Glan William was great!

The house is immaculately clean and very well equipped. The owners are clearly very thoughtful, having left a little welcome bundle and some kitchen essentials (salt/pepper/oil/sponges and the sort). It is well decorated and stylishly furnished (we even went and bought some of the mugs you had, as my partner was such a big fan!). The bed was comfortable, towels clean - we couldn't have asked for more from this cost cottage nestled in the beautiful Eryri National Park!

Beautiful cottage in a good situation to visit the area.

As with most old properties, the stairs are quite steep and narrow, could do with hand rails both sides.

We loved our time in this cottage, Everything you needed was there and very well equipped.

If you are a walker there are walks from the cottage and also a train station shop and pub in the village, we had a meal at the pub a few times and did a short train journey and lot’s of walking too. The area has lot’s to see and do. We enjoyed Barmouth if you like seaside and Conwy is fabulous. We would have enjoyed the outside seating area if the weather had of been better.

Everything you could need was supplied. We thoroughly enjoyed the week, and hope to return to Glan William sometime soon.

We had an amazing stay at Glan William.

The house was perfect, with all the amenities you could ask for, in such a beautiful location! We would definitely recommend. The only suggestion we have, would be to post a picture of the outside of the cottage as it’s beautiful
