The welcome pack of milk and Welsh cakes was just what we need when we arrived after s long drive. The kitchen had everything you could ever need, and the bedrooms were lovely. Amazing bedding and thick lovely towels added a touch of luxury. We had a great stay and would absolutely recommend Yr Adfa was a perfect place to stay and explore the area.

The holiday cottage was perfect, had everything we needed, the beds, bedding and towels were of the highest quality which was much appreciated and made the cottage feel extra special , the welcome pack was a nice touch and the street was nice and quiet, the only downside was the actual town it’s very unloved and rundown with lots of boarded up shops, pubs and houses it’s quite depressing walking around the town, but just a short car journey and your in beautiful countryside with lots to do for all the family, we would return because the cottage itself is superb

  • "What a fabulous cottage!"

We had an amazing holiday at Yr Adfa. It's so well equipped, with everything you can think of. And such lovely quality items too. We loved having 3 bedrooms and the downstairs area was plenty big enough too. We ate beautiful food on a number of occasions within walking distance of the house, and it's so perfectly situated for visiting the whole of North Wales. We travelled to Portmeirion, Harlech, the Llyn peninsula, Caernarfon, Anglesey, Bangor and Conwy. Not to mention inland destinations of Llanberis and Llangollen. We enjoyed the most stunning scenery, and beaches we only dreamed of. This cottage really is perfectly situated to visit so many beautiful places. And still plenty of lakes and waterfalls nearby. We had great communication with the owners, who were super speedy with their responses. It's a very warm cottage, but instant heat if you needed it from an electric fire. We really could not fault it at all, and have made memories to last a lifetime.
