"Good for mixed generations /family and a dog!"
. Secure, comfortable with comfy beds, good facilities in the house and grounds ..inc hot tub, outdoor play area, boxed games several TVs, plenty of outdoor furniture all around property. Basics like initial loo rolls, hand wash, dishwasher and laundry soap plus towels and kitchen cloths. Attentive response if you need to make contact with owners plus there is a very helpful and friendly Maintenance manager who is nearby to attend to any issues promptly ( only once was need for some help with hot tub cleaning having 3 teenagers with us who where in it often!!) Very reasonably priced for 5 bed 3 bath house in August in a good location and lovely setting in trees ! neighbours but each property (3) have own seclusion so not any issues! ( apologises a glass got broken in dishwasher and we forgot to leave a note reporting this )

Loads of space, and yet really warm and cosy too. Comfortable beds and great bathrooms & showers. Hot tub in courtyard was fab too!

So close to lots of activities/places to visit.

"Gordon, the caretaker, very personable and helpful."
It was a shame zip wire in the grounds was not working as my grandchildren were really looking forward to using it. More cutlery is needed as there were just about enough knives and forks! Sorry but we broke two wine glasses - I did report this to Gordon. Courtyard could do with seating for 10 and a table. Kids play area needs a bit of attention there are sycamore weeds growing out of some of the play equipment and bits of broken equipment laying around. A few little tweaks would make the place 5 star. But we really enjoyed our break and thought the place was lovely.

"Great property."
Amazing playing spaces outside. Some low beams. Very warm in upstairs rooms. Small issue with the dishwasher which the owner said they’d fix. Lots of high pressure hot water. Great hot tub. Good parking. Big table to eat at. Nice communal lounge. Overall 10 / 10.

"It could be Excellent."
However attention to detail is lacking. It needs a teapot we brought our own. It needs requisite amount of cutlery and sets of glasses. The lounge is spacious but the furniture is tired. We had a lovely stay but little details would have made it perfect.

"Great loaction, large spacious property, fantasic clean hot tub and BBQ, Great sunny court yard, would have liked outdoor dining facility in the courtyard big enough for 10."
But we made do. Plenty of plates, cups, glasses, but limited cutlery, particluarly knives and cooking pots, especially if trying to actually cook for 10 people. The 1 large cooking pot provided did not seem to work on the hob. Fortunately I did take 1 of my own large cook pots as I suspected this might be the case having experienced this in other properties. Good grounds for playing games, secluded. Very helpful, friendly care taker. Large comfortabel lounge, plenty of seating, cushions a bit tired. Huge very nice bathrooms well fitted out. Fantastic powerful shower plenty of hot water. Would definately stay again.

"We had a wonderful stay at the Bryn Derwen Coach House."
It had everything we could possibly need and couldn’t fault it at all. There is a lovely play area for the children within the grounds together with a large grassed area with football goals - which my son was very happy with. It’s not far from amenities, just a short drive to the nearest supermarket but also tucked away nicely for those wanting peace and tranquility. We all had such a lovely time and would definitely recommend to others. We hope to come back again one day.

"A great location with many lovely places to visit just 20-30 minutes drive away including Beaumaris, Betws-y-Coed, Caernarfon Castle and Llanberis where family members enjoyed a guided kayak experience with Paradise Adventures."
The Velocity zip line experience is a few minutes drive away and worth a visit to watch, even if you don’t participate - nice food being served at the cafe there too. Bethesda is well served by an Londis and a well stocked Tesco Express and you can get a Tesco online grocery delivery to this postcode too.
The beds were comfortable with excellent bedding and quality bedroom furniture. Nice to have a full length fridge and freezer and an under counter fridge, as is appropriate for this size of accommodation for those wishing to mostly eat in and self cater. A pint of milk would have been nice on arrival and a teapot please and a few more serving dishes, otherwise a good supply of plates etc. Some newer cushions in the lounge would also lift this area but sofas comfy. We brought a shower mat with us for my mum to use in the shower as a precaution and we were glad we did as there were none provided and it gave us some peace of mind in avoiding slips. The hot tub was great and well maintained throughout our stay. Also very useful to have the walled garden and additional lawned areas to exercise our dog and the zip wire was also great fun. All in all a lovely place to stay.

"Bryn Derwen Coach House is a gem of a property in Snowdonia."
As well as a spacious property with everything we needed, the grounds were perfect for our family with the children spending endless hours in the adventure playground making a ton of memories.

"The property was brilliant thank you, maybe be a little clearer that there are a few steps down to the living accommodation, plus maybe put slip mats in the showers as I nearly went over a couple of times."
But I have to say that the property, grounds and facilities for the young was brilliant and the hot tub went down a storm.

"Lovely spacious property set in beautiful grounds."
Plenty bedrooms for everyone although one of them didn't have a window that could be opened and the person felt a little claustrophobic. Also took a while to find cutlery drawer in kitchen. (This may be an old person's thing because as soon as our daughters arrived, they found it straight away.) However, we all had a fabulous week and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a holiday in the Bethesda/Tregarth area of North wales.

"House was too hot and found it difficult to turn the temperature down, so had to open the windows a lot."
Couldn't find the key to the door in the kitchen, which made dining very warm, with the heat from the kitchen.
Chefs were excellent.
The bunk bed room is difficult to manage when you have a suitcase in there.
Apart from these little issues, the property was excellent and everyone said they would return.

Thoroughly enjoyed and would come back. Communal and outside areas especially great.
Shout out to Gordon, who was very helpful.
Minor points but may help for future bookings- 2 party members burned their hands taking trays out of the oven, as the provided oven gloves only cover fingers (and also get red hot very fast). Also we had to run the dishwasher twice a day as we kept running out of glasses/mugs, would be Good to have a few more.
