"The property is beautiful and the view was peaceful."
The owners were very helpful and happy to help. The only down side is the road you have to drive to get to the property it’s very rough. Unfortunately if you want a peaceful property in a mountain area this should be expected but other than the road the property is lovely and comfortable and the pub close by is good value for money

"A beautiful cottage with some amazing views that are perfect while having your morning coffee."
We had that isolated country feeling with the reassurance that the nearest town was only a couple of miles down the road.
The cottage is ideally situated for hiking up the Ranger trail as it's only a couple of miles drive to the car park at the base of the trail.

"An absolutely beautiful setting providing peace and quiet and views to match."
The house was well equipped and very clean. The local footpaths provided plenty of opportunity for the younger ones to explore safely. This location also provides easy access to many attractions, most only a short drive. We had a wonderfully relaxing time.

"This property is perfect."
The location is rural and down a bumpy track but it’s worth it. Every window has a stunning view of the Snowdonia countryside. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, all furniture is high quality and the house was spotlessly clean.
The arrival pack was a lovely treat.

"The cottage is extremely well maintained and furnished."
The shower was one of the best we’ve ever had and the beds were very comfortable. Lovely kitchen with loads of worktop space and a great cooker if providing for larger groups.
A house to be together or have your own space, as you desire.
The views from all the windows are just stunning and we woke every morning excited just to open the curtains.
The lane to the house is single track but not a problem and the payoff is the views and peace and quiet.
The drive to Beddgelert is especially pretty and the ice cream parlour there also does fabulous pizzas.

"This house is clean, bright and inviting, especially the kitchen/dining room and the good sized bedrooms."
(It's down a long, quite bumpy lane, so drive gently!) The beds were very clean and comfortable. As a family of six, including our infirm, elderly mother, we'd hoped the downstairs toilet would be nearer the bedroom. The walk to the toilet, along the little corridor, through kitchen and utility room is fine for able bodies but was not easy for her. (A door from corridor to utility would have helped.) We found lighting in the sitting room to be quite dim, so we stayed in the kitchen where the lovely long table was perfect for our jigsaws in the evenings! The snug is great for anyone to sit separately and watch the TV (as is the lounge)! The garden is beautifully maintained and private with really nice seating and mountain views. From this location we visited the Snowdon mountain railway, Caernarfon. Bangor, Criccieth and nearby Beddgelert, which is very special. All in all, we had a wonderful week in this tranquil setting.

"Firstly, the What3Words to navigate there are 'mermaids."
Twit.dads'. The property is at the end of the lane and is easy to find. The lane was fine to drive along.
Secondly, the property itself was amazing! We loved our stay there. Very peaceful location and the views are stunning.
Will definitely be going back there in the near future.

"Cannot fault the home, we had a perfect stay
Location was amazing although maybe what three words is a more accurate way to navigate."
The house was very comfortable.
We couldn’t get the main TV to work properly ( really no big issue)
Very informative note from the owner about a few minor issues with the house. Dodgy lock on bathroom door etc but I honestly can’t fault this house.
We loved it
Please get some foam pads for the kitchen chairs as they scraped really loudly

"Fantastic cottage big kitchen and big table and oven perfect for our group of 5."
All very clean two shower rooms one up one downstairs good showers. Two lounges n a utility/bootroom. Fantastic scenery very quiet there are buses 1 mile walk from the cottage at the campsite to Caernarfon n Beddgerlert we used. It is a little difficult to find could add "What 3 words" to pinpoint location n use in Google maps for Satnav. The nearly mile long single track made road had a few nasty potholes and raised grass in the middle in places I didn't think with 5 in my little sporty hatchback that the front spoiler or exhaust would survive, so we used another's car. Lovely

"Lovely farmhouse, looks to have had fairly recent refurbishment."
Kitchen excellent and well-supplied with equipment. Once cooker switched on at the wall, needs manual button on programmer pressed for main oven to work. Very comfortable and warm (especially as December weather so mild) especially in days of heavy rain and wind. Only suggestion: hooks on backs of bathroom doors for hanging clean, dry items. Games room is very good for younger family members. Would recommend for location and quality.

"Overall, we had a pleasant & comfortable stay."
The property is located in a fantastic location with wonderful views of the Snowdonia mountains, and being within a working farm, there were lots of sheep in the surrounding fields. The cottage is large and spacious with a lot of mod cons and we had a very peaceful & relaxing time.
Some aspects however that I felt needed attention included: 1) while a delightful welcome pack was provided, I felt some basic things such as kitchen rolls, salt/pepper etc. were not available and we had to go out almost immediately after we checked in to purchase these, 2) the property only has 2 bathrooms/toilets and while this was not a problem for us as we were a small group, I imagine it would be more difficult to manage for a larger group of people (something to bear in mind), 3) while the property had been cleaned to a decent standard overall, we could see cobwebs in some places, 4) It is useful to note that access to the property is via a severely potholed and winding road which runs for about 0.75 mile or so through a disused quarry, and is quite difficult to drive through after dark. I think it would be worthwhile pointing this out in the property description.
Overall, a nice holiday but slightly let down by the points noted above.

"We had a lovely stay at Ty Coch."
The accommodation is comfortable, the kitchen facilities are very good and overall, it has the feeling of staying in someone’s home. The location provides an easy base for exploring North Wales. The children enjoyed seeing the sheep up close. One thing that could improve a little is the higher up cleaning and dusting as there were quite a few cobwebs in the ceiling corners - this however didn’t detract from our stay and I’d highly recommend Ty Coch.

Accommodation has lots to offer. Kitted with everything that you would expect. Welcome pack warmly received. Only slight niggle, it’s time to drop all COVID type exit procedures. Holidays are not about sorting laundry and the like on leaving.
