  • "Amazing property, great location, everything was thought of."

All equipment was available. Only one thing we noticed were the mattresses were somewhat hard in all rooms. Would recommend and would return. Thank you ever so much

Thank you for your comments glad you enjoyed your stay! Apologies if you thought the mattresses were hard - they are new and I choose the ones recommended by the supplier for this type of accommodation. I can rethink for the future! Thank you once again Sara Property Owner

  • "Amazing, spacious property in a lovely scenic location on the outskirts of Betws-y-coed."

Everything you could need for an outdoor activity holiday is provided. The owners were great, even being considerate enough to bring candles to the property during storm Franklin in case the area suffered a power cut. Would definitely book again Dr Andy Skyrme

Thank you so much for your lovely comments and so pleased you enjoyed the Area and the cottage - luckily we didn’t need the candles!!! We look forward to seeing you again and thank you for leaving the cottage in excellent condition! Regards Sara & Pete Property Owner

About the location

Llanrwst 4 miles; Blaenau Ffestiniog 11 miles.

Betws-y-Coed, known as the Gateway to Snowdonia, is North Wales' most popular inland resort. Surrounded by dense woodland and magnificent mountain country, this is a haven for walkers and outdoor enthusiasts alike. At Betws-y-Coed the River Conwy meets its three tributaries flowing from the west, and the beauty of the area is enhanced by cascading waterfalls, river pools and ancient bridges. Most famous of all are the magnificent Swallow Falls, situated where the Llugwy River hurls itself into a spectacular chasm. The village has shops, pubs, places to eat, miniature railway, a riverside golf course and the Tree Top Adventure High Ropes Course, and is home to The Snowdonia National Park Visitor Centre, as well as being the start of the beautiful Conwy Valley which leads to the coast and the lovely towns of Llandudno and Conwy.
