    It’s in a great location and it was great having our own parking space. It had everything we needed. The beds are soft but we found them to be very comfortable. There are some lovely walks in Conwy and it’s easy to get to Llandudno.

  • "Amazing location very central to Conwy which is great."

    Clean generally although the shower and windows have mould round the bottom /cills. It’s a shame there is rubbish on the floor in the courtyard when you drive in - it looks generally unkempt Which is a shame as it is a nice apartment. Beds we found uncomfortable but appreciate everyone has different ideas about this.

    Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting our central Conwy location. All areas of the car park are shared with neighbouring businesses and a private residence. We regularly clean and maintain our section, with a gardener caring for the planted areas. On rare occasions, wind can move debris across the courtyard, which we address as quickly as possible. We take cleanliness very seriously and the bathroom is thoroughly cleaned between every stay. As with many coastal properties, minor marks can occasionally appear if windows aren’t opened during showers, but this is routinely checked and resolved. We invested significantly in high-quality mattresses and toppers, though we appreciate comfort is subjective. Guests are always encouraged to contact us or Sykes during their stay if anything arises — all contact details are clearly listed in the welcome booklet provided in the apartment. This approach is reflected in our long history of 5-star reviews. Property Owner

  • "Lovely little place to stay!"

    The location was spot on. Modern (bathroom could do with some TLC). Beds were so comfy and the overall general place was clean and tidy. Utensils could do with a clean or check before new people go as a few items weren’t clean when we went to use them. Would recommend to someone and would stay again.

    Sorry you did not find everything as clean as it should be, we do endeavour to check everything fully before new guests arrive and during cleaning. The whole holiday let has been recently modernised and we plan to update the bathroom in the near future. However all customers have been satisfied with the apartment to date. Conwy, a World Heritage Site, is without doubt world famous for its historical and architectural heritage, yet at the heart of the town lies a hub of bustling activity. Alongside its ancient festivals and fairs, musical recitals, galleries and historical attractions, there is an array of specialist shops, restaurants and hotels. Built for King Edward I between 1283 and 1287, Master James of St George's design, Conwy Castle remains one of the most outstanding achievements of medieval military architecture. The distinctive, elongated shape, with its two barbicans, eight massive towers and a great bow-shaped hall was perhaps determined by the narrow rocky outcrop on which the castle stands. The town is proud of its historic traditions and celebrates its past by retaining many of these in its annual festivals, events and fairs, including the Honey fair, Seed fair and Gwledd Conwy Feast in October, along with other musical events throughout the year. Conwy is the perfect base for exploring the dramatic Snowdonia National Park, walking unspoilt sandy beaches, or taking in the wonderful scenery on your doorstep. Also within reach are the Llechwedd Slate Caverns, which has the longest zip wire in Europe, and Surf Snowdonia is just six miles away.
