To near to the double bed). Also the single room on the second floor there is damp wall I think there is a leak in the roof so will need fixing. Apart from that a lovely house.

"We had a lovely stay at the house."

It was a perfect location and the views over the harbour were amazing. The house was really spacious and our son loved the addition of the playroom. We would definitely recommend the house and would love to come back and make it our annual stay at Borth Y Gest.

Gweldon Topsail is a beautifully presented duplex apartment set across the first and second floor of a harbourside property in Borth-y-Gest, near Porthmadog.

The property benefits from homely décor, with a yellow theme throughout, and beautiful views of the coast and countryside, making it an ideal base for friends or a family looking to explore the coast of Gwynedd.

Be welcomed into the first floor of this apartment, discovering a charming sitting room with fantastic views across the bay and harbour, an idyllic backdrop for guests as you relax beside the gas fire and enjoy a movie marathon from the Smart TV.

The kitchen is amply fitted and houses a spacious dining table, as well as a yellow armchair resting beside a pretty oval window, making it an ideal social hub for guests to cook and dine in.

Gweldon Apartments is a delightful pairing of apartments resting in the coastal village of Borth-y-Gest, near Porthmadog, Gwynedd. Sleeping a total of nine guests, and with a close by beach and ample amenities, these apartments are well thought out for accommodating friends, families, and couples alike. The properties are close to a local beach, boasting seaside views, and views towards the Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park. In Borth-y-Gest you can find the Seaview Cafe Bistro & Coffee Lounge, as well as Borth-y-Gest Pillbox, however, head over to Porthmadog for a convenience store and a great selection of cafés, restaurants, and pubs, with options including The Australia, The Big Book Café, and The Ship Inn. The bustling harbour town of Porthmadog lies on the Glaslyn Estuary and enjoys a stunning setting. The gateway to the Snowdonia National Park, Porthmadog is full of individual shops and restaurants, and home to the Ffestiniog Railway and the Welsh Highland railway where you can travel by steam through spectacular Snowdonia scenery, to Blaenau Ffestiniog or Caerforn . The pretty village of Borth Y Gest, with its cliffs and coves, is a short walk or drive from the town. The well known and unique Italianate village of Portmeirion is just down the coast. Situated on a rugged clifftop on its own private peninsula, Portmeirion, famous as the location of the TV show The Prisoner and the final episode of Cold Feet, is surrounded by miles of sandy beaches and woodlands.
