  • "We have just returned from a week in Abersoch at this most beautiful property."

It is a big house which is immaculately clean and all of the bedding and facilities are of a very high standard. Its about a ten minute walk into Abersoch down hill so a bit more fun coming home uphill but its so worth it. We ate at Fresh and the food was amazing and very very dog friendly (a plate of chicken just for your dog!) , we also ate at the potting lobster which again was dog friendly but no chicken for the dog and an expensive price tag though it is worth it for a treat the food was amazing just a bit pricey. We enjoyed walking down the beach to the sand bar and sitting outside having a bacon bun and a coffee on a morning. The house is everything you could ask for absolutely beautiful and lots of parking for 3 cars, we will definitely go back Im sure. Luckily I spotted that no towels were provided before we set off which tbh was a bit of a shock but I guess I can understand why , just might be better if that is highlighted more so guests realise. My only small criticism would be it has totally top notch kettles, beds, showers, coffee makers, cookers etc then the hoover is like an old brick ? We like to keep the places we stay in clean and tidy and found it to be very heavy and not much use ? Bit surprising if you want guests to keep things clean? Other than that it was perfect we loved it .....

Thank you for your comments, we are glad that you enjoyed your stay in Cromlin Glas and hope to welcome you back again. Sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the Miele cylinder vacuum. I have asked our Housekeeper to check that it is working correctly. We do not provide towels for our guests, however there are a number of local companies that you can hire from, should you not wish to bring your own the next time you are back in Abersoch. The property

Cromlin Glas is a contemporary, end-terrace holiday home nestled in the stunning village of Abersoch.

The reverse-level property is set over three floors and enjoys sea views towards the St Tudwals islands and Abersoch, making for a lovely setting for a family of eight’s holiday.

After parking on one of the three sought-after spaces, climb the stairs to the first floor and discover a stylish living space.

The living/dining room boasts dual-aspect windows that bring natural light into the space, along with a wealth of plush seating for you and the family to gather on as you watch your favourite Netflix show or Prime movie on the Smart TV; the space also provides fantastic Sonos speakers for extra entertainment.

Venture through to find an impressive kitchen, a space boasting high-gloss surfaces and cabinets, whilst also showcasing top-quality appliances, from Neff to Bosch, that are integrated to give the room a clean feel; after the designated chef has fixed up a wonderful meal with these appliances, enjoy it at the spacious breakfast bar or next door’s stylish dining table.

After dinner, spend some quality time with your group in the snug or out on the balcony, where you can enjoy elevated views of the sun setting over Abersoch’s waters.

The ground floor hosts four bedrooms, including an attractive king-size benefiting from built-in storage and an en-suite shower room, a double room with patio doors leading out to the garden, and a twin room with ample storage and is ideal for the kids of the group; the bedrooms share a spacious, family bathroom that hosts a luxurious bath and separate walk-in shower, for your convenience.

Those after some more privacy should traverse the stairs to the second floor where they will find an impressive super-king-size bedroom with lovely décor and an en-suite walk-in shower room.

The house’s garden is a marvellous chill-out spot, where a large, corner sofa awaits on the decking, along with patio areas hosting a handy barbecue.

Cromlin Glas enjoys a prime location, with amenities less than a mile away from the dwelling; a leisurely walk brings you past the convenience store and into the centre of the village where ample pubs, eateries and independent shops await.

Abersoch is not only home to amenities, but to a selection of fantastic, seaside activities, from sailing and surfing, unwinding on Abersoch Main Beach and Harbour Beach, along with a vast, beachside golf course.

Abersoch’s golf club opens out to Machroes Beach, where more sandy fun awaits, along with thelittletearooms @ Mickey’s Boatyard and access to the lengthy Llŷn Coastal Path.

To the west of Abersoch, you will find the renowned Hells Mouth beach, where you can bask in the sun and sand, before making your way to Plas Yn Rhiw for an afternoon immersed in history.

There is so much more to discover in this area, from Pwllheli and Llanbedrog to Uchwmynydd and Aberdaron; be sure to travel a little further afield, by foot on the coastal path or car, and find more coastal settlements and the Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park.

About the location

ABERSOCH

Pwllheli 6 miles.

The attractive harbour village of Abersoch is situated on the Llyn Peninsula in a region of Wales renowned for its outstanding scenery and varied walking. The village, situated between two glorious bays, is one of the most popular sailing venues in North Wales and important sailing regattas are held there throughout the summer months. Numerous shops cater for the tourist as well as pubs, restaurants and cafes. There are also opportunities for golfers as there is a course just outside the village and horse riding facilities are also available nearby. Watersports enthusiasts are also well catered for, particularly windsurfing, water skiing and dinghy sailing, not to mention renowned surfing at Port Neigwl (Hell’s Mouth). The long, sandy Abersoch Main Beach is probably the most popular beach in the area. There is a wonderful selection of beaches in the surrounding area of the Llyn Peninsula, including the beautiful and often quiet Porth Ceriad, with it's high cliffs, and sandy Porth Oer ("Whistling Sands"). Most of the coastline is owned by the National Trust and there are many remote bays, sandy beaches and cliffs, as well as wildlife havens like Bardsey Island to explore.
