3 Parc Delfryn

The property was comfortable, very clean and well located for day trips out and local facilitites.

There is a golf course, indian restaurant, pub and burger bar wirhin walking distance. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils, and plenty of crockery and cutlery. We stayed during the recent heatwave so it was very warm, but being able to open the balcony doors in the master bedroom provided a very welcome breeze.

This was a lovely property, light, airy and spacious, spotlessly clean.

The kitchen was equipped with the basics, although could have done with a couple of larger mugs. It was a great base to explore the island. The enclosed garden was safe for our dog.

We had a lovely stay at 3 Parc Delfryn, the property was spotlessly clean with everything you could need.

The garden was safe and secure for our little dog. The only problem for us was we found the bed was too soft for my husbands bad back but other than that a perfect break away.

Lovely holiday home with dog friendly enclosed back garden, good location not far from Benllech/Moelfre, quality furnishings.

My only gripe would be that when we arrived there was a wet towel/tea towel soaking in the sink and some of the plates/cutlery were dirty. The impression I got is that previous guests have used the dishwasher and not checked all items were fully clean before putting them away. Maybe going forwards the cleaner could double check everything is clean in between guests? We found the heating easy to control and would book again.

The house is spotless, well located.

Very secure rear garden for dogs. Everything is in there that you might need. Great Indian restaurant/ takeaway over the road. Very dog friendly pub at the top of the road. Good location for sightseeing on Anglesey. We'll be back

Accommodation was fab.

Only issue for us was that we found the double bed mattress to be a little uncomfortable possibly needs a new mattress. Would definitely book again.

Great little house in a good location.

Only 5mins from the beach. Lovely and clean and modern inside. Garden was enclosed and perfect to keep our dogs safe. This is our second time staying on this estate of houses and will be back again next year! Would highly recommend ☺️

Having stayed in a large number of self catering cottages/lodges, this has got to be the poorest equipped.

Half a toilet roll in each toilet isn't sufficient and to leave no others! No basic kitchen items, such as kitchen roll, kitchen foil,. These are not extravagant things. Maybe scrap the dog snacks and wine and get some of these things instead. t was also full of dog hair, so I'm not sure if it had been swept or not or if this had been missed. I swept it myself before unpacking. Also thank goodness for blankets. It can be quite chilly, but figured out the heating to a certain degree.

Cottage was lovely, perfect location, very quiet!

Was concerned over some comments about heating but cottage was lovely and warm, heating came on automatically never needed to touch it! Kitchen was well stocked with pots/ pans and back yard was astro turf so perfect for the dogs and cleaning up after them! Would definitely recommend!

Location of the property is excellent for touring and five minutes drive from the beautiful Benllech beach.

On arrival we were impressed by the cleanliness and fresh appearance of the house. Unfortunately the house is not heated adequately - we had no response to a phone message left on the contact number requesting help with this. The attraction of having two shower rooms for a party of four was negated due to the shower room never reaching a temperature above ‘icy’. We would like to return to Anglesey but would not consider this accommodation

Superb property, super comfy and very well equipped for self catering.

Ideally positioned for a quiet relaxing holiday. Within easy reach of all the sites, beaches and attractions of Anglesey. We hope to return.

The one complaint I have about this property is that the owner insists on controlling the heating, including the towel radiators, this rendered the downstairs bathroom unusable it was that cold.

If you are going to stop here I recommend that you take your own fan heaters. This attitude from the owner is a little miserly when considering the cost of a short stay. Drying after a shower with cold damp towels is not pleasant and could have easily been avoided. Apart from this we enjoyed our stay with plenty to do locally.

It was spotless. Also, thank you so much for the wine, chocolates and dog treats. A very nice touch. We would definitely like to come back in the Summer

Nice neat x tidy x clean with every thing you need.

.. But heating run on an App which we did not know about so we were cold in the evenings as it was November ... also NO DOGS UPSTAIRS RULE... was not mentioned in the Add... so found that difficult... all in all nice base to tour the Island x mainland

We left early as house was cold no heating came on from Sat we left on wed morning as went back in for last bag heating suddenly came on i presume they saw us leaving on ring door bell heating couldn't be turned on think it's connected to owners phone as other people had mentioned it in there book if they don't want you to use heating I suggest just do summer lets it was ashame as was a lovely house

A lovely house is in a great location to explore the island before returning home The owners left a few treats to enjoy during our stay and biscuits for our dog which was very kind. The house is open plan and spacious and everything is of a high standard. The garden is lovely and secure too which is great for the dog to play in. We really enjoyed our stay feeling relaxed and refreshed, as we return home. Would highly recommend

Great place to stay

The house overall was clean, spacious and nicely decorated.

It was only a few minutes drive in the car to get to Benlech beach and Red Wharf bay. The garden was ideal for 2 small dogs as it was completely enclosed and had a nice dining table and chairs outside for sunny days (which luckily we had). The only thing I had a problem with was there is not enough hanging room in the second bedroom (maybe a further wardrobe would be better on the landing) and we also found the lounge quite dark as the lampshades are a dark colour so didn't give much light when reading. This did not spoil our stay though.

An amazing property, spotlessly clean and with everything you could need to give you that real homely feel on holiday.

It was a great base for exploring each day and it was lovely knowing that we were coming back to such a comfortable property each night. It was the first time we had taken our 9 month old dog on holiday so we were really pleased with the secure garden and the addition of a stair gate to prevent him from going upstairs. Would love to return here and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this home to anyone.

Our family really enjoyed our time at 3 Parc Delfryn.

It was a lovely home to stay in. The space was well thought out; the house and ambience very relaxing and quiet. It is ideally located for access to key places in Anglesey. And we thankfully got lucky with some good weather in and around the broody storm so managed to make the most of our days out. Thank you to the hosts for a lovely warm relaxing home and for sharing some lovely Welsh cakes on arrival. They were much appreciated. Hope to see this delightful abode again sometime.

Generally good.

Decent size rooms etc. Only real gripes were the TV reception and heating system. Could rarely get a picture on the TV for more than a few minutes before it lost the signal completely. The BBC and ITV channels dropped off the list entirely. Managed to stream Netflix and Prime ok so it wasn’t WiFi related. The heating controls seemed to be locked which was fine when the heating came on but meant we couldn’t get a boost when we needed it. The main bedroom remained cold throughout. Minor complaints really as the house was fine overall.

No complaints had a fab time would stay here again.

Lovely clean warm home great location for Benllech and the island as a whole.

We really enjoyed our stay, the cottage is ideally situated to explore Anglesey and has everything you could need for a lovely holiday.

The pare cottage was lovely ,very clean.

Only problem is sofa legs they stick out we accident hit it with out feet. Ha ha apart of that everything nice.

I would most definitely recommend this property.

It was exceptionally clean, the kitchen was modern and well equipped and all fixtures and furnishings were new and well maintained. The downstairs is semi open plan with the kitchen opening out to the living / dining space and then opening out to the garden which makes it a lovely sociable space for family time. The property is well located just a few minutes drive from Benllech, Moelfre and Red Wharf Bay. There is also a lively pub and tandoori restaurant a few minutes walk away. We had a lovely welcome from the owner with a bottle of wine and a few treats.

We had a lovely 2 week stay at this property.

The house was lovely and clean and fresh when we arrived. It is well equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The enclosed back garden was great for us and our dog to enjoy after a day out. We had one slight problem with the tv losing signal but this was rectified by the owner within the hour when we reported it. We would certainly book this property again and have no hesitation in recommending it. It was also an added bonus that it was an eco friendly build.

Absolutely overwhelmed by this property - the views from the main bedroom are simply stunning.

The fact that pets can stay in this beautiful accommodation is a bonus.

An absolutely beautiful house with every creature comfort you could wish for.

We found the property extremely clean,the bonus for us was the secure garden for our dog.

we enjoyed our stay here but there were issues the heating was nonexistent, it came on for all of 5mins then went off there was no booster button.We rang the the owner twice but he never contacted us ,he appeared with fresh sheets and towels after a week (we stayed for 2 weeks)he promised to send someone as it was set by computer the evenings were quite chilly.no one arrived.We found the settee to low and uncomfortable and I banged my toe twice on the legs that stuck out.A lovely holiday home let down by the maintenance.

Just a couple of suggestions. Some jay cloths would be useful for dishwashing /spills, kitchen roll and spare toilet rolls too. It did seem a little mean just having part used toilet rolls. I realise that these suggestions may seem a bit 'picky'. Lovely house and facilities.

The bed was a standard double but as we are used to a Kingsize bed and the bedroom could easily have fitted one we were a little disappointed.

Otherwise everything else was excellent and in top class condition.

. Beautiful sunny weather so plenty walking. House was fantastic beautiful quality furniture and very well maintained.. Had a slight issue with the heating too hot in the house contacted the owner and within the hour issue resolved many thanks well all be back... Shower downstairs was a bonus to wash a dog after a lovely long walk...

Modern,clean and comfortable.

First time we have stayed at this property it was ok we normally stay at more rural which ones which took a bit of getting used to , we are staying there again in March 2023 .

The only little hiccup we had was we requested a high chair and cot which wasn’t at the property but to be fare to Sykes customer service team the got it sorted straight away and also the owner knocked on the door to apologise as well which I thought was very decent of him

Sofa too low hurt my back trying to get up.

Also the legs/feet of the sofa are prominent from the back, resulting in my wife catching her foot on one and broke a toe.

Everything was was great!

A lovely place with everything we needed. The only think I would suggest would be to add locations of local amenities in the welcome pack. For example where the nearest supermarket is/ food shop, nearest beach, a few local places to eat. Even tho a few of these were mentioned in the guest book we had to Google where to find them. It would have been handy to have a few places with locations/ addresses to use on first few days.

A lovely, clean property that was well equipped and really comfortable.

It felt very homely and we really enjoyed our stay and so did our little one and our two dogs. Benllech Beach is lovely and is dog friendly. We also visited Zoomies Zone on a rainy morning which our dogs loved. Thanks for a lovely stay. We would definitely stay again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Immaculately presented property with everything needed (and more) for an enjoyable stay Nice enclosed garden to keep our dog safe and the welcome pack was an unexpected and pleasant surprise Sat Nav location is a bit difficult (depending on your device, I'm sure) but otherwise in easy reach of most of the island

Nice property with good facilities and very convenient for getting to all parts of the island and further afield to Snowdonia.

Our issue is that we found the double bed much too soft for our liking and also smaller than we are used to and expected from other properties we have stayed in.

This is a fantastic holiday cottage.

Very clean with all the essentials which you would have at home. Lovely garden. Great location. Wine, milk, Welsh cakes and dog treats were all provided to welcome us - nice touch. It’s the first time we’ve been to Anglesey and will definitely be going back and will be staying in this cottage. Fab holiday.

No issues at all, and would happily visit again. Our dog loved the garden for zoomies!

The property is of a very high standard with just one minor issues.

The extractor fans in the bathrooms are very noisy, it was particularly windy while we were there so maybe it's not an issue when there isn't any wind. Other than. That the property is beautiful and well maintained on a quite location. We will be returning next year.

Lovely clean cottage.

Everything you need. Only negative was the double bed creaks every time you turn over. There was bits of card stuffed in the gaps..this needs sorting. Also the extractor in the main bathroom didn't work so it got very steamy in there. Apart from these minor niggles we had a great holiday. Good location for getting about. It only took 20-25 mins to get anywhere on the island.

The house was spacious and beds were comfortable.

The house was clean when we got there. Problems with the television remote control and microwave were quickly sorted out by the owner. The living room radiator wasn’t working so the owner gave us electric heaters to keep us warm and then arranged for a plumber to fix it a couple of days later. Unfortunately we couldn’t get any hot water during our stay. The instructions in the folder didn’t really explain how to use the system, only the timer. There were some tips in the visitors book from other people who had stayed there. The owner told us to use the ‘boost’ button but that this could take a few hours to work. The downstairs electric shower was useful but not sufficient for a proper shower.

We liked the furnishings and decor and felt very at home. It was a good location for exploring Angelsey and North Wales.

Brilliant accommodation, exactly as listed.

Always prefer a king-size bed though. Perfect location for visiting the beautiful beaches Anglesey.

Corner sofa not particularly comfortable if spending long days chilling in winter months. Struggled to get hot water in property. But still had fantastic time and ideally situated to explore Anglesey.

We couldn’t have wished for a better property.

Absolutely beautiful, such lovely touches, like the dog treats, Christmas glasses, kitchen roll,crackers at the table and Christmas decorations. The only thing was the heating, it went off early evening, but once we worked out how to use it, it was perfect. We would definitely stay here again, already recommended it to my son and daughter in law.

Lovely newly built cottage.

Everything we needed was in the house. We were left a Christmas cake, mulled wine, milk and chocolates which was a lovely touch and much appreciated. Doors from the lounge led into an enclosed garden which was great for our dog. Very clean and comfortable. Would certainly book it again.

We stayed for 3 nights at this lovely property.

It is modern and very comfortable and welcoming. We cooked for ourselves and we had everything we needed to do so. The wine, milk and Welsh cakes were a lovely touch too - thank you. Having two bathrooms was useful when everyone is getting ready to go out - saved us a lot of time in the mornings! It was also good to have an enclosed garden as we could let our small dog out knowing that he couldn't escape! The property is less than a 5 minute drive to the beach at Benllech too! Thank you for a lovely stay, we would definately recommend this holiday home to others.

Modern, spacious and spotlessly clean. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with secure back garden for the dog. Perfectly located for all our favourite day visits. The owners were attentive and made sure our holiday went well. Even the weather was great!
