The charming, cosy interior and this prime location make this cottage perfect for a family break on this stunning island.
This first floor bungalow has a spacious, well-equipped kitchen diner with a dining table and some incredible views towards the countryside and the sea.
The sitting room is also substantial in size with comfortable seating and a TV and electric fire, making it the ideal chilling room for all of the family.
There are also four cosy bedrooms with ample storage, allowing you to pack for all weathers as well as a family bathroom and a shower room.
Outside of the sitting room is a delightful enclosed balcony with incredible views onto the beach, sea and neighbouring pub which is within walking distance.
Bull Bay is the most northern village in Wales, a delightful place with incredible scenery with facilities for shrimping and crabbing as well as a hotel with restaurant and a coastal path.
The delightful town of Amlwch is just a short drive away, the Isle of Anglesey is a small island with so many places to go with things to do.

We arrived to a beautiful house with the best view of the Irish sea which is way better than any foreign holiday destination.
The owners are rrally nice and left a lovely welcome package of wine and chocolates on arrival. The house had big bedrooms with plenty of space. There is a big bathroom with a huge bath tub to relax in, A big kitchen with dining table to sit together and eat as a family. Its close to many beautiful beaches, little towns and villages like beaumaris and a nice pub literally at the rear of the house . I cant recommend highly. It was the best holiday we've ever had and will be hard to beat

We had a lovely stay at Bay Lodge.
The building is spacious with the most incredible views! I would say the pictures don’t fully demonstrate how spacious and how stunning the views are! We were a party of 7, 5 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of space for all, even plenty of room for everyone to sit in the lounge together (which is not always the case). The landlady and landlord were lovely and very helpful and there are plenty of beautiful things to do in the surrounding area! Trescastell has lovely food, reasonably priced and the staff were lovely if you want a place super close to Bay Lodge to eat out

Bay Lodge is beautifully situated, stunning views .
Clean comfortable and literally everything you need .Kitchen has absolutely everything from Air fried to egg cups .Only negative comment is it’s situated at the top of a very steep hill but that doesn’t matter once inside your rewarded by the views .Ideal for multi generational get togethers .Host Barbara very welcoming..

A much larger property than it looked from the outside.
Very light, modern decor, clean, comfortable, very well equipped, had everything we needed and more. Including the large selection of random pots,tableware in the kitchen cupboards! Would have liked some kind of privacy blind in the front bedroom as faced straight on to the road. Overall a lovely property, we had a very comfortable stay.

Bay Lodge is a beautiful large bungalow suitable for a family holiday.
The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen/diner is capable of seating up to 8 people comfortably with a lovely view from the window looking out to the sea. The kitchen has everything you could need along with a seperate utility room with washing machine/tumble dryer/dishwasher/ large fridge freezer and high chair for little ones. There is a good sized wetroom to the right as you come through the door. The master bedroom (huge) with en-suite is on the right. Kitchen/utility to the left and a single bedroom directly in front. Following the corridor down is a double room on your right, a double with twin singles on the left and at the end is a large nicely furnished sitting room with plenty of seating for the whole family with dual aspect windows either side with views of the bay. There are books/games and binoculars available to use along with tv/sky etc. The host came to say hello as we arrived and advised if we needed help to call her. We had a lovely few days in this bungalow and got to see a lot of the surrounding area and coastline. We would recommend this property for a lovely holiday.

From outside it does not look very big but once inside it is very spacious and comfortable. Every thing was spotlessly clean and it was lovely and warm at all times. The views from the kitchen and lounge windows were beautiful. The owner Barbara was very welcoming and the welcome gifts she left were very much appreciated.

The house was spotless and incredibly well equipped, every time we thought of something we might need, it was already there. It made the whole stay feel effortless and comfortable. The view was absolutely spectacular, the kind that instantly puts you at ease and makes you want to slow down and take it all in. Between the scenery, the thoughtful setup of the house, very spacious, and the peaceful atmosphere, it was the perfect place to unwind. We left feeling refreshed and very grateful for such a well-kept, welcoming space. We’d happily return. Owner was a delight to deal with, accommodating our very last minute booking. Thanks so much!!!

We looked our week, even the storm that kept us in was great to watch from the window.
We had a lovely welcome, lots of space for 6 adults. Loved the huge bed and all beds were comfortable. We'll equipped kitchen, even had an air fryer, brilliant. Will recommend Bay Lodge to family and friends.
We always try to ensure our guests have the best time although, we can't claim that Storm Claudia had anything to do with what we do. Happy that the weather obliged you all with a spectacular show of the waves doing battle with the cliffs.

This is the second time we have been to Bay Lodge and once again, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
There were seven of us in our party and everything we needed was there. A home away from home.
It was good to see you and your amazing family again Always special when familiar faces come back to stay.
The description of this cottage is misleading.
It is not dog friendly as no gate or fences around the cottage dogs can get through neighbours gardens and straight onto a road mine got out so was on a lead for a week .There is no garden furniture so all you have is a small balcony which is nothing like the photos in the advertisement of which my daughter and her partner got stuck out there for a couple of hours on a very hot day .Apparently the sliding door is faulty which the owner knows about already.The beds have springs sticking up which prevented decent sleep .The toilet is not fastened to the floor properly .The cottage has steps front and back .There is a steep hill leading down to the beach area so not suitable for anyone with medical problems.This is not as clear as it should be .
Sorry to hear that your stay with us was not as enjoyable as it could have been. We always endeavour to make all guests as comfortable as possible. But, your points need addressing I think it's unfair to both myself and Sykes to criticise the description of the property. The pictures are clear about steps Also, you can always ring Sykes and ask as to whether any property is suitable to your needs as a dog owner. Not all properties have enclosed gardens A call to Sykes would clear this up. The balcony is of decent size. Not small Not large. Again the pictures are there. Obviously, not being as large as you wished, garden furniture has to be kept to a minimum. I do however, challenge you on there being no garden furniture. There are As to the patio door I agree but, it's being replaced at the end of the season as was planned at the start of the year. I also, apologised for your daughter's predicament. As for the beds, they have brand new mattresses, a few weeks old. I have the receipts to prove that. Toilet has been secured. This is something you should have told me about so that it could be corrected as soon as possible. I always tell guests on arrival, any problems, tell me. As for the hill, yes, it's there but that is not by my design. Obviously, your main concern is with the description. I will contact Sykes about this for a revision of the description . Hopefully, in future, there will be no confusion and resulting disappointment. I hope this hasn't put you off holiday let's. But in future, it helps if, when choosing your cottage, you do a bit more homework. All the best.

Lovely welcome, property is even roomier than we expected (useful with 6 adults and two little ones!), comfortable and clean and in such a quiet spot. View from every window gorgeous. Thank you for helping us make some wonderful family memories.

The property was amazing, but the kitchen was needing a serious revamp, very dated.
Very erratic mix of crockery that needed replacing. The table protector on the table was filthy and a dirty sugar bowl on the table was disgusting. There were only 6 bowls considering the property slept 7. And the hot water was poor, filling the big bath was not good.
Very sorry to hear of the problems you had with rhe property But, I always say on the arrival of any guest, if there us something wrong or you have a problem, please let me know so that I can fix it. We can replace most things. Letting me know in feed back is too late and your holiday is ruined.

Thank you. Yes the Lodge does look a little bit like Cinderella before the fairy godmother but once inside you get to see the real surprise. We love that . It's a great way to start a holiday.
The property was very clean and spacious.
Using the balcony with the sea views was great. We really enjoyed our stay and all the facilities, the shower was impressive. Great to have an air fryer which we found very useful. The welcome pack was much appreciated.

We arrived at Bay Lodge after an horrendous journey curtesy of our new sat nav.
We was greeted by the lovely lady owner Barbara and after looking round our holiday home it was worth the extra travel . Lovely gift of wine chocolates and milk too . It's a lovely place very spacious great views and the bonus of the balcony . Everything provided for self catering although I always batch cook before I go so not a lot of cooking . Had 2 nice meals at the hotel next door . It's only a few minutes away but we had to go in our car as it's a steep hill back up to Bay Lodge, and with health issues prevented us walking . It has the biggest bath I've ever seen sadly again with health couldn't use it . Lovely shower though . We would love to stay again but as we are both in our 80s we have to look for places on the flat . It is another off my bucket list though to stay in a place with a view of the sea. We had the best weather we have ever had so the balcony was used a lot . Apart from watching the sea it was great to see the birds nesting in the eves of the hotel they was flying in and out all day feeding their chick's. I would have loved to see the chick's fly out . Another great thing about Bay Lodge it had sky t.v WiFi was great as well . A really lovely relaxing holiday just what we needed .

Beautiful bungalow alot bigger than expected!
Nicely decorated very clean and comfortable, very welcoming home from home the heating and music was on when we arrived and a lovely box of chocolates and bottle of wine even a TV guide! Thank you Barbara who lives next door if you need anything. Many rooms have been updated and Barbra said the kitchen will be done next ( it was fine but was dated compared to the rest of the rooms) a dishwasher, washing machine and 2 tumble dryers ! Great addition. Although no heating in the utility room. Beautiful views from most of the windows. Very good pub/resturant just below the property.. Be prepared to walk up and down a very steep hill to get near the sea! We struggled with this so more able bodied people will be fine! The bathroom and main bedroom were very nice! Only constructive criticism would be new towels and pillows would be a benefit one of my pillows had some nasty marks on under the pillow case, and they were all quite old. The accommodation was very spacious with breath-taking views! The place was very clean and had everything we needed. plenty of parking and the internet was superfast! If you like your walks and want some peace and tranquillity for few days then this is the place.
We had a wonderful pre-Christmas break with warm welcoming gifts and a property with lovely views and well equipped for cosy days in with the children over the windy weekend!

Kitchen was really well equipped The beds were really comfortable. Beautiful views. The patio off the living room would be beautiful in the summer evenings looking over the bay. One thing to note it is on quite a steep hill for anyone with mobility problems.

A beautiful, well maintained bungalow, spectacular views from nearly every window, very friendly and helpful owner next door, the best equipped place I have ever stayed in a very pretty location. More than enough pots pans and crockery to feed your party and more. Nothing lacking. Kind gifts that made us feel really welcome. Thank you to the Host, you do a fabulous job.
We had a great stay
This has to be one of the best self catering lets we've stayed in.
Beautiful decor and furnishings and extremely well equipped with just about every gadget and appliance you can think of. Spacious and relaxing and so lovely to be able to see the sea from so many of the rooms including the kitchen/dining room and a couple of the bedrooms. Practical flooring in the entrance, hall and kitchen (thankyou) if you have your 4 legged friend with you. The living room and bedrooms are carpeted. Barbara (the owner who lives in the property next door) was lovely as we couldn't find the property! A quick phone call to clarify directions and she was waiting outside to greet us. Oh, and a couple of lovely welcome gifts as well as a pint of milk. Perfect!
So happy to know the house did not disappoint. We love to hear that as a place to stay during a holiday , it doesn't let the guests down. We want to make,sure everyone's stay is a stressless and relaxing experience.

Gorgeous views and comfy furniture. Would highly recommend. Patio door needs attention but that was the only thing. Lovely balcony to sit & enjoy the view and hopefully the sun. Certainly hope to return

Bay Lodge is a lovely comfortable cottage in a splendid location.
Everything needed was provided. The contact lady was extremely helpful and friendly, we really appreciated the welcome package of wine and chocolates too. We were two halves of a family who get together for holidays as a meeting up treat, we had three cars which were easily accommodated off road with room for two more. Everything about the cottage was 'better than described'. We all absolutely recommend Bay Lodge to others. A very big thankyou.

It was clean, comfortable and larger than we expected. Bay Lodge is located in a very quiet residential area, but is ideal for exploring all of Anglesey. We had a great time with our two cocker spaniels, enjoying the coast and countryside. We where happy with our booking and will definitely return in the future.

The property is lovely, clean, has everything you could possibly need, teamed with a welcoming atmosphere and lovely owner.
The treats upon arrival were a nice touch. The heating was on when we arrived and meant the wet cold weather was left at the door while we watched the waves against the coastline through the window. We really enjoyed our stay and are looking to return next year.

Had everything nothing you would not find. Comfortable sofa's, room for cars, garden, all on one level just about 4 steps to get into property. Clean, comfortable, and in an area of outstanding beauty. Thank you loved it. X

Everything catered for in this large L shaped home which photo from kerbside doesn't do justice to how lovely the interior was. Views exceptional we loved it.

We loved the property, very comfortable and spacious (good for our 2 year old to run around).
Everything we needed to cook was at hand in the well equipped kitchen with white goods in the utility room. Nice to sit at the large table in the kitchen looking out over the bay, glorious views. Would recommend the Trecastell Hotel only couple of minutes away for a meal. Shops are a short drive away as are beaches in towns either side of Bull Bay. The host is always on hand for any issues you may encounter and offers a very warm welcome, thank you also for the welcome pack, much appreciated. Nicely decorated for our Christmas stay. Look forward to a revisit in the summer months.
This is a five-star property, first glance does not convey just how fabulous it is!
And the host Barbara is quite the treasure leaving some starting gifts and lovely note to say how much we deserved our break ❤️ The property is warm, clean, highly equipped in every room, everything has been thought of and the view...WOW. You could never tire of sitting on the little balcony terrace under the blankets provided sipping coffee watching the sunrise and wine as it sets. I cannot recommend the property enough. The master suite is beautiful, vast free-standing bath a delight, and the huge dual aspect living room perfect for the 5 kids we brought to have plenty of space to play and dance then watch a movie in the evening... We will be back ❤️

We loved this house so much!
! It was extremely clean and spacious which for 7 people was great. We didn't get under each others feet at all. The view from the kitchen and balcony was amazing, it was so nice to wake up with this view every morning. There was no traffic noise where we were situated which meant we had a very peaceful nights sleep. The beds were a little hard for us but it wasn't a problem and didn't affect our stay whatsoever. Having two bathrooms was great for us and it was lovely having a bath as an option too. The owner lived next door and was on hand only if we had any issues otherwise she left us alone to enjoy our holiday. There was so much to do on the island and in the evening there were lots of walks to enjoy if the weather was nice. The hill up to the house is rather steep so wouldn't be suitable for a wheelchair user but on the whole I would definitely recommend this holiday home and I am sure we will be back again in the future.

Really enjoyed the stay but there is no mention of the gradient of the hill to walk of the house.
We had 2 elderly dogs with us who really struggled walking back uo the hill. We also picked the house as it looks in the pictures that the house is situated a few feet from the sea, where in reality its actually a 7 or 8 minute walk down hill to the sea. It also says that there is parking for 5 cars which there is but you need to park in 1 long line so if someone wants out that is at the end of the line everyone has to move their cars. The only other small issue was some of the door handles were very difficult to open. The house itself if beautiful and had everything you could wish for. And we did enjoy our stay

We absolutely loved the cottage it was like a home from home. The facilities were excellent. The owner was very nice and couldn't do enough for you. The house was a lot bigger than you imagine and was very modern. The owner has thought of absolutely everything to make your stay the best it can be. We loved the balcony especially and would definitely stay here again.
It's always good to hear that a guest has enjoyed their stay in your cottage. We try to do our best, even if things sometimes surprise us and we need to find a solution. The location of this property is second to none, the view over Bull Bay is just stunning.
It has everything that you could possibly need for a very enjoyable stay. It is spotlessly clean and very spacious. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is conveniently sited and is very comfortable with great sea views, was very clean and easy to use, with a nice surprise welcome pack.

A real home from home and the weather was good so added bonus
The property was well decorated, very clean, well equipped, warm and roomy.
There's plenty of parking although getting in and out could be a little tricky unless you all went out at the same time, the main parking was around the rear down a slope, the rear entrance to the bungalow was up a steep stone staircase at the back not suitable for kids, disabled or elderly. Theres a few steps at the front, it states garden in the description but it was a couple of strips of grass around the parking area not a garden you could use and was unsafe for children to play there. There's no drive gate it's just an open space. The photos online are a little deceiving as it looks like the property is on its own but in fact it's surrounded by other houses with the hotel/pub behind it, although it didn't seem to be noisy. The other drawback was that the property was on a steep hill so as half our party had walking issues it wasn't very good. In the online photos we saw a garage door on the property and wrongly assumed we could use the garage to store our mobility scooters, but this was not available so we had to keep them in our car any time we went anywhere, we should have specified needing the garage storage. There was only one front door key and one back door key which also made things difficult, the property sleeps 7 so people were restricted on going out in separately. Most of the beds were good except for the twin bedroom where the mattresses were very uncomfortable you could feel springs. It may sound really silly but the other problem I had personally was that I have arthritis in my hands/fingers and all the internal door handles, they looked lovely but they had such a strong stiff mechanism that I could not open the doors. There was a sea view from the smallish balcony and in the advert it showed a patio table and chairs which was not actually there, only two rusty old fold up chairs which were very unsteady. As I said it's a lovely clean property just was not suitable for us, half our party left 3 days early, so we wouldn't stay there again.
It's disappointing that you did not find the property fitted your needs exactly. But, in fairness to me as the owner and to the property itself, I shall address your concerns one by one. Firstly the parking. It is true that the parking, although ample and generous, can be challenging for some drivers We have plans to change this in the coming years with the front of the property given over solely for parking. Also, the gateway will be widened. The steps at the back are a fact of the property that cannot be changed. Again, in the future, they are to be replaced with a second balcony although, for fire safety reasons, there will still be steps. Steps and stairs are unfortunately a fact of life in many properties. Most of my guests use the front steps to access the property where there is a rail. The garden is sloping. Again there is very little I can do about this. As for the gate,I feel that any sort of barrier would make entrance onto the drive a hindrance. The property is not on its own. I feel the pictures adequately illustrate this quite well The hotel to the front, is never noisy. It is well run and guests usually find it convenient to pop in for a drink or a meal which are excellent. As to the hill, I can do nothing to alter the topography surrounding the property. The garage has never been part of the package. On booking the property, it is always advisable to contact Sykes who will then contact me. This way, any queries can be answered promptly, allowing a customer to make an informed choice and decision about the property they are booking. If more keys are required, please ask. When I welcome guests at the property, I always invite them to approach me with a problem or request as I did with your party. The beds and mattresses in the double room are about to be replaced as are the doorknobs. The balcony may not be the largest but it certainly is not the smallest. Patio furniture is normally placed on the balcony at the start of April when the weather improves. Ad I have said, I am sorry the property did not suit you or your family. I hope that on any future occasion when booking a cottage, you will have a better relationship with the property you select.

Wow, Bay Lodge, you were just perfect for us!
The lounge area has had a makeover making it cosy and comfortable for all of us. Barbara, the owner, only lives next door and welcomed us but then left us to enjoy our week. Fresh flowers, wine and chocolates were a lovely treat. As we were packing on Saturday, Barbara came to check how we had got on and if we'd had any issues with anything - appreciating our feedback. We were very fortunate with the weather. Great location, lovely walks on the coastal path and exploring the local area. Absolutely delighted to have seen the dolphins too! This was an absolutely fantastic cottage, well appointed, very cosy, and the views were just delightful.
The only problem we had was with the shower which was either boiling hot or freezing cold and wouldn't adjust. We would definitely return to this outstanding property

We have had a fantastic week at Bay Lodge which is a very comfortable, well-equipped, light and spacious bungalow.
We had everything we needed and found it very relaxing in a quiet and peaceful area with great sea views especially from the kitchen and lounge. Barbara, who lives next door so is on hand if needed, was very welcoming and helpful and greeted us with wine and chocolates which was a lovely touch. Bull Bay is a beautiful spot on a beautiful island, the fantastic coast path giving to great days out to explore and take in the glorious coastal scenery. The Trecastell hotel is only a few minutes walk away and is a nice place to go and eat plus they are very dog-friendly which was a bonus for us. We would definitely recommend Bay Lodge and we would love to return one day.

This is a great property, starting with the sea views to the included little bit's you probably forget to pack.
The owner is only next door should you have any problems which is handy for some but generaly there were no worries for us. The property is located on a steep hill which would be difficult for those with limited mobility if they decided to go for a walk, say, to the very near by Bull Bay but for us it was no problem. The pictures in the advert do not show the current furnishings and features as the owner seems to upgrade certain aspects on a regular basis but all work well and shows they care about the place. All in all Bay Lodge is highly recommended and well worth the visit.

Bay Lodge is a spacious, clean and well equipped bungalow.
The photos do not do it justice, as it has been updated and now has a much more modern feel to the bungalow. Amazing views from the property and a great base for exploring Anglesey and North Wales. Taking our 2 dogs at short notice was also not a problem, and they enjoyed staying at Bay Lodge too. We would highly recommend this property. Definitely 5 stars.

House was well equipped, clean and tidy.
It is situated in a lovely area with lovely walks and the Trecastell is a nice place for a meal out. The owner is very nice and there if need be. I would recommend staying here and this is a holiday home I intend to stay at again.
We had a very generous welcome, roses, wine and Easter eggs which was a lovely touch.
The bungalow was very comfortable with beautiful views of the bay. We were very fortunate that we had lovely weather and our grandchildren had a good week. Anglesey is new to us but we definately be back.
I have stayed in rented accommodation all over Europe and the UK and this is up there with the best.

The photos do not do the property justice as it has recently been refurbished and is of a very good standard. Lovely coastal walks on the doorstep and a dog friendly pub a couple of minutes walk away serving good food. I would highly recommend.

There were sea views from each room. Pet friendly and extremely well equipped.

The operator was polite, friendly and ensured I understood all the information necessary. The cottage was clean, comfortable with a nice large kitchen ideal for a family to enjoy mealtimes together. There was a spacious living room with a balcony. There were board games, binoculars, DVD's, a large TV in the lounge and one in the kitchen. Bull Bay is very clean and quiet. Cemaes Bay, just a few minutes drive away, was a lovely beach and had a marked area for dogs. We had a lovely relaxing week at the cottage. A nice place to stay.

Met by the owner on arrival who was more than helpful went out her way to make us comfortable. We seriously could not recommend more. The Children are already asking when are we returning.
On booking this holiday accommodation I thought it would be ideal for my aged father as the photographs made it look as if the property was on the seafront and as though you would be able to sit out and watch people on the sea front.
Sadly this wasn't to be. There was no mention on the web site that the property is actually on a housing estate with quite an incline to get to this. On the property details it states there is a patio and there is not. It also states there is parking for 5 cars. We took 2 cars and the parking was horrendous. The photo also showed an open verander area which is why it looked as if you would sit looking out to sea. This wasn't so, this area had been boarded round and was very small. We were a party of 5 and we couldn't all sit out on this without sitting in a row. The property was spacious and had a lovely bathroom but the carpets were soiled and ill fitted in areas. The cupboard doors in the kitchen were loose and difficult to close without fear of them falling off. Certainly the property was well equipped but the above let it down. Anglesey is a lovely place, we had great weather but will not be returning to Bay Lodge.
The view is fabulous from the balcony and the kitchen.
Expect wind in this area but this was most welcome on hot days. Barbara lives next door, lovely welcome gifts left, tea, coffee, biscuits, milk and chocolates. There if needed but didn't feel like she intruded. Only negative is the garden is not secure so the dog had to be walked on lead at all times. Local pub serves great food and are very friendly.
The holiday home was lovely with great views and the owner was very welcoming.
Lots to do nearby - a three mile coastal walk starts a few minutes walk away, the copper mine trail and museum just a few minutes drive down the road, nice food at the Trecastell Hotel around the corner, woodland walks and beaches a short drive.
Bay Lodge is a very clean and spacious cottage, from the outside it doesn't look very big but when inside it is very roomy.
Barbara is a lovely lady and welcomed us with a tea, coffee and milk along with chocolates and a bottle of wine. Everything you require is in the cottage and Barbara is only next door if required. The cottage is located in the north of the Island and the views from the balcony are fantastic looking out over the bay. I would recommend anyone to book the cottage and would like to return as there is so much to see in Anglesey.
Bay Lodge was wonderful, and what an awesome view!
!! On arrival we were greeted by Barbara and chocolates, biscuits and wine plus coffee, tea, milk and sugar. More than enough to make you feel more that welcome. Amlwch is a 5-10 minute drive away with a Spar and a Co-op if you need more. Plus there is a chemist and butcher plus takeaways. Bull Bay itself is part of a spectacular coastline with quite an interesting history of shipwrecks, I am currently reading about the Royal Charter, a book I picked up from the Moelfre Lifeboat Station. There is the coastal walk which can get a little hair raising if like me you're of a nervous disposition but worth doing if you can. It is an excellent base for exploring the whole Island, and when you're done for the day you can come back to Bay Lodge and settle in for the evening with everyone round the kitchen table talking about the day just gone and planning the next day while eating dinner and watching the sun set over the bay, before settling down in the huge living room to watch a bit of TV or reading or playing one of the many games that are here before going for a good nights sleep in one of the 4 lovely bedrooms with very comfortable beds, before waking up for more adventures. We hope to be back here very soon for more adventures !!
The bungalow was amazing the views fantastic everything was perfect .
There was a problem with the electrics which kept tripping and we eventually had to contact the owner.
However, this was sorted out and she is aware of the problem.
The cottage was perfect, very specious, very clean the view was wonderful.
It was my son's birthday and the host made us welcome which made us feel at home she went above and beyond and we would like to say thank you for that. She even got a hungry cartapillar cake that my son loved. The locals are very freidly. Feel our holiday was shorter, the kids loved it we had a lot of games, movies and entertainment around the house too. Would definitely consider going back to bay lodge and I do recommend it to anyone.

Barbara was a wonderful host who made us feel so welcome. When we arrived we were shown around and was given chocolates, biscuits and procesco. The bedrooms were stunning and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The shower was amazing and really powerful, the second bathroom had an amazing bath and we were supplied with fluffy towels. The kitchen was massive and become our second sitting room sitting around the table looking at the amazing view over bull Bay. We were supplied with so much cleaning products that came in handy. The living room was amazingly large with board games, a wii that the kids as well as us adults had some fantastic family nights in. There were telescopes so we could look through to catch glimpses of dolphin's swimming in bull bay. The balcony was brilliant, we spent a lot of evenings out there sitting on the patio set watching sun sets as well as sunrises over the bay. Barbara thank you so much for letting stay at your beautiful cottage we loved every second of it. We are gutted it's booked the last week of August as we would of loved to of brought my dad, hopefully we will come again if you will have us. We received a lovely warm welcome from the cottage owner who had left a bottle of wine, some milk and because it was Easter a large family sized Easter egg.
In addition, because our party contained children, chocolate eggs had been hidden all around the cottage for an Easter Egg hunt. We were a party of 7 and the property managed to accommodate us all comfortably. The facilities were excellent. The property is well situated, and only a few minutes walk from the bay and the coastal path.
Lovely area but you need a car to go to other places, not much to do in the bay.
Supermarkets are also a few miles away.
We received a lovely warm welcome from the owner on our arrival, complete with gifts of Chocolates and Tia Maria (thanks) together with milk, biscuits, tea and coffee.
The bungalow was very clean and comfortable. It was well equipped and had a wonderful terrace where you and relax and enjoy the view of Bull Bay. I would recommend this property to anyone and hope to return some day.
