  • "We can’t wait to return to this lovely cottage with scenic views overlooking the bay."

    The location was perfect for coastal walks and beach combing. Nice cafes, a really good chip shop and the beach cafe selling delicious ice cream were all within a few minutes walk.

  • "We had a lovely stay, the location is great, overlooking the little beach at Cemaes with great views from the sitting room and benches in the front for an early morning cuppa."

    It’s an easy stroll across the beach to the costal path and fantastic walks. Highly recommended. It’s not really a downside but we found the wood hard to source from the 3 places listed by the owners . It would be easier and feel more welcoming if sufficient wood was left for use by guests. Otherwise the cottage is very comfortable and cosy, well equipped and in an amazing location.

    Hi Dee, we are so glad you enjoyed your stay and sorry you did not have enough logs. We have taken this onboard and will ensure more logs are left out in future. As for sourcing them we believe the local garage will shortly be selling logs which will be much easier for anyone wanting a fire for more than 1 or 2 nights.   • "We absolutely loved the location of this cottage the views across the bay were stunning!"

    Particularly good for children to pop out onto the beach safely whatever the state of the tide. Everything a family could ask for or need & to finish the day with a cosy log fire was sheer bliss.

  • "5 Seaview is a lovely cottage looking over the bay below."

    Everything you need in a well stocked new kitchen, a cosy lounge with a wood burner and comfortable beds where you can listen to and see the sea and the ever changing tides. Great to sit out on the terrace each morning with a coffee (in the sun for all but one day of our week!), watching the wildlife, dolphins passing the bay, auks, gannets, waders and even a kingfisher fishing from the rocks on one occasion. Great coastal walks in the area. Very pleased that we chose this cottage.

  • "There were a few things which could be improved."

    The upper bunk bed mattress was too deep and made the upper bunk unsafe for children. There was not enough seating inside and out for more than four people comfortably. The gardens were not well maintained.

  • "We had an amazing holiday, the cottage was perfect for us, the grandchildren just loved it, and the beach just across the road was beautiful."

    The view was just wonderful and was sad to leave. We will definitely be back, in fact already booked for next year. For me the cottage being pet free is lovely as I have allergies to many dogs, even though I love them.

  • "The property is in a great location and has everything you need for a great holiday."

    You have thought of everything that would be needed, and this made our holiday enjoyable. We had two young children, and they also had a fantastic stay. The cottage is clean and has great facilities. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, and we appreciated the seaside toys for the kids. We had a lovely holiday and will be back!
