"We have just spent a fabulous week at this beautiful property."
On arrival we had an issue with the garden gate. We contacted the owner and the issue was resolved within 2 hours, which was excellent service. The property is spacious with comfortable beds and sofas. The kitchen is also well equipped with plenty of seating. A good location with a walk of a few minutes to a lovely beach and coastal walks. We would definitely book this property again when we return to Anglesey.

"No welcome pack."
No pods for the coffee machine but we took our own brand. Cups and glasses were not clean on arrival and crockery and glasses were too large for the slimline machine. Tv too complicated. Heating oil smell when sitting on the patio was uncomfortable at times. With regard to cleaning "who supervises the cleaning"?
Clearly someone has spent considerable sums of money on this property with more to do on windows and curtains.

If you want a relaxing break then don't hesitate
Lauren and Dave the owners came to do the gardens and brought us boxed biscuits and a plant to take home.
A great lovely couple.
A credit to sykes.
My wife broke both her feet months ago was recovering and they helped us change our previous booking arrangements

"Great location, the property is very modern internally with a great open planned layout."
Quite street, with 3 minute walk to the beach. Lovely location with lots of walks either way. Beautiful beach with shallow water making for safe inflatable use. Good shop round the corner. The only nagative is that the garden seems to be work in progress, without a view from the seating area at the moment.

"Lovely home, very spacious and looked after property."
A nice sea view from the front lounge , well equipped kitchen with air fryer coffee machine “ Nespresso vertue coffee pods “ the owner leaves you a few to start but if you like your coffee these are the pods to take with you . The beds are super comfortable and the home was lovely and warm.
Cemaes Bay is an amazing base for exploring or just staying in the town. I would highly recommend this home for long or short stays . Stephen & Bridget .

It is immaculate throughout, stylish and very well equipped.
There are lovely sea views.
It is a very short walk from the beach and village centre, with great pub/restaurant, fish and chip shop, general store and chemist.
It is a very friendly village.
I would highly reccomend this property.

"What a fantastic stay, from the moment we arrived at the accomadation we were impressed how clean and warm the accomadation was."
We had a message a couple days before to give us information about the accomadation which was very informative. The accomadation was centrally located to all facilities, 2 pubs, 1 shop, 1 chippy and 2 minute walk to the harbour/beach. Would I stay here again? 100% yes! Would I recommend this accomadation to friends and family? 100% yes!

"Location was perfect as was the cleanliness and the bed and bedding was so comfortable."
Also there was plenty of storage space in the kitchen. But there were a few negative points.
The dustbins hadn't been emptied for a few weeks so were attracting wildlife to scavenge. No heating instructions it was only by chance we found the thermostat. No instructions to the tv in the open area, it just kept saying it was not connected to the internet, so we could only watch the tv in the lounge. There was no note in the folder for the password for the interne, we had to look around for it. No curtains in the open dining/living area. The garden was not secure even though the property is pet friendly. A nice touch would be to leave a small amount of milk, tea bags and coffee for a drink after driving a long way instead of having to go straight out to a shop, every property I have visited over the past 10 years has done this. The dinner plates did not fit in the dishwasher. No plug near the table or breakfast bar to work on a laptop. These are all minor points that could be easily rectified to make this property an ideal holiday property, that I would like to return to.

We aren’t local to the property and weren’t aware of the issue with the bin collections, it seems the council stopped our collections but didn’t notify us. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
I’m pleased to say we have a solution in place for almost all of your points; the garden gate and replacement fencing is scheduled this month and blinds for the living area and bi-folds are scheduled early Dec (it was a longer lead-time than anticipated for motorised blinds).
Our changeover team should have left you some milk and Welsh cake ahead of your arrival- I’m very sorry this didn’t happen for you. We have a coffee machine in the kitchen with pods, hopefully you were able to make use of this.
We’ll be glad to welcome you back in future, and hopefully we can offer you the great experience we try so hard for.

"The bungalow is absolutely beautiful throughout."
It’s modern, clean, and everything we needed during our 4 night stay was there.
Lovely comfortable king sized bed, fabulous rainfall shower, fully equipped kitchen, large tv with lots included in the package. We could see the harbour and sea from the lounge.
There is a nice patio and garden with table & chairs. Just a short 5 minute walk down hill are the beaches, shop, and pubs.
We went mid September just 2 of us and our dog. The weather was wet & windy and not much going on in the village so we appreciated how cosy the accommodation was. We would 100% love to book number 6 again. The only thing we could possibly have wanted that has been in other places we have stayed would be games, books or jigsaws and that was only due to the wet weather that we were spending more time indoors.

You’re right, some games and indoor activities are a must-have when the weather gets bad- we have added a few options to the bungalow (monopoly, scrabble, uno, playing cards etc). Thank you for your suggestion.
I noticed you have a dog, we are also adding a gate to the garden at the back so you can be sure they are secure when outside.

. Ideally situated with only a couple of minutes walk to the village & the beach. The property had everything that was needed & was spotlessly clean. We will definitely attempt to book again in the near future. All appliances were easy to use & we could not have asked for better amenities… Thank you…
