What a perfect holiday home !

We were a group of 5 adults and 4 children under 9 and it was perfect for us. The house is literally on the beach and it is only a 5 minute walk into the village and a 10 minute walk to a fantastic new playground . We could simply leave the house and be on the beach in 5 minutes. The beds were comfortable and the towels were lovely and large ( unlike so many others we stayed at!) We had a query on one day and the owner was prompt in getting it resolved and has been extremely helpful. Lovely house , lovely stay , perfect beach.

We stayed as a family of 10 for my mum's 80th Birthday. She says it was the best birthday ever. We all loved our stay. Cannot fault anything, loved every minute.

An excellent location with a great beach and harbour, beautiful sunsets with a friendly village.

Gorgeous property in a fantastic location!

Views from the front window are stunning. Comfy beds and so quiet at night. We had 3 families staying over 3 floors and there was so much room for everyone. It could use a bigger pan and some oven trays (we struggled to pull together a meal for everyone with the pots and pans provided) but other than that it was perfect.

Just had an amazing stay at Dolfor, from the actual property to location it’s an 11/10 .

Everything you need has been thought of at Dolfor, the beds where hotel quality and we all had the best nights sleep, stylish and tasteful in decor done to the highest of standard . The owners have thought of everything when they put this holiday home together. Being from angelsey originally staying at this property felt like being at home ❤️Have already booked again for September. We loved it and the dogs did too . Thanks for sharing this property for everyone to enjoy. The village of cemaes has everything you need & less than a minutes walk to the beach. The sunsets from the lounge window were beautiful every evening. We cannot wait to return

Location couldn't be better, across the road from a wonderful beach.

we all had a fantastic break for our sapphire wedding anniversary. Bedroom at top of stairs has 2 steps immediately out door to be aware off otherwise enjoyed property . Would return here in a heartbeat, wonderful part of Anglesey.All locals were really friendly

The position of Dolfor is wonderful .

We had milk in the fridge, mince pies, & crackers for Christmas . The house was decorated beautifully & we were allowed to check in at midday - which was fab. The property is well presented , but has a few things to address . The kitchens are lovely, but lack enough cooking utensils & pots for large groups. There is a lack of cupboard ingredients available to use , so be sure to bring all cooking ingredients with you . The downstairs kitchen would be better as a drinks kitchen in our opinion with a games room. The upstairs lounge TV wouldn’t connect to the internet. There were areas that had not been cleaned well ( trays from the oven, food crumbs under the table) The heating in the property was working well , but the bathrooms were too cold . There was also no welcome pack with the operation booklets for the kitchen ovens & microwave or any info that we found about Ceames bay , we have been to Ceames before so for us it wasn’t an issue. All being said we did enjoy our stay, but feel these things need addressing to fall into line with other properties we’ve previously booked at this price point .

We had a wonderful stay, was great for multi generational family holiday, groud floor living for my parents, but enough space for us all to be together as well to eat and socialise.

Host was responsive when contacted and gave us great recommendations for local food, walks etc.

Great place for a fun family holiday.

Space for everyone and views out to sea. Excellent beach across the road and down some steps. Village shop and pub an easy walk. Parking is a bit limited. Capacity of recycling containers and bin also limited considering the number of folks staying. Still, an ideal place to stay for a large group wanting to visit Ynys Mon.

A beautiful house in a lovely position overlooking the sea.

Brilliant for young families with children being right across from the beach. Just need to be careful as lots of stairs in the property and no stairs gates for toddlers. Wonderful facilities having two kitchens and two living areas. Great with dogs as an area for them downstairs by back entrance to live and sleep.,Everything beautifully presented to highest standard. The property lacked instructions for using facilities and especially about the rubbish and when that was to go out for collection so may be worth considering. But overall a wonderful stay and will return.

Congratulations to the owners on great refurbishment, you’ve created a lovely holiday home that suits a varied group of people.

The house was well proportioned and extremely well kitted out with everything that we could want from children to my 80 year old mother. The ground floor flat was ideal to allow us to keep my brother’s dog in a calm separate space with the rest of us socialising in the main lounge. My only constructive comments would be to suggest that you install a recycle box in each kitchen to allow us to separate and take rubbish out easily. The main family bathroom still has some finishing off to complete and I would suggest adding a grab rail to help elderly people get out of the bath tub. Overall the house was superb, loved it thank you

We could not fault Dolfor, perfect location in a most beautiful bay, our daughter and three grandchildren came over from Ireland, this property has it all and is immaculately clean, two new kitchens and all round extremely comfortable Dolfor has to be five stars all round, well done.
