My father was taken ill during our stay and Gareth went out of his way to assist us in getting my father to hospital. Fortunately, we were able to continue our stay at Coetswis and did not have to cut the holiday short. The cottage is lovely and in a fabulous spot. It is very well equipped and lovely and comfortable We hope to be able to book another holiday at the cottage when my father is able to travel again.

"Location is great, easy access to all main parts of the Lleyn peninsular."
The farm where the holiday let is situated is very tidy, views are magnificent and we felt ‘very at home’ there. The nearby beach is stony , but there are walks nearby and the sunsets are lovely. It is worth noting that during these “peculiar”times , finding places to eat out is difficult . Some of the pubs are only open Thursday-Sunday. We can recommend a vineyard at Penygroes , which has a large cafe serving great lunches. Gareth, the owner ,will always make time for you , even though he leads a busy life. We will most certainly return to this cottage.

It's a perfect size for a family of 4 plus a dog. The games room is an added bonus especially for those with teenage kids. The owner is very pleasant and helpful. We are being a bit picky when we say that for us, the sofas weren't very comfortable, the tv is too high on the wall and the floor could have been mopped but that wouldn't stop us booking again.

The location is beautiful, such a great base for trips out to lovely beaches and coastal walks.
The property is perfectly set out, under floor heating in the bathroom and conservatory such a luxury at this time of year (December/January.) The games room provided fun pool and table tennis tournaments, as well as a very generously stocked board game cupboard.
It was a real treat, on arrival, to walk into a warm cottage with a twinkling Christmas tree waiting to greet us along with some food essentials and extra treats. Attention to detail and discrete, but unintrusive, personal involvement is this owner’s overall quality.

With 2 nine year old boys in tow we weren’t sure whether it wouldn’t be too quiet for them, and that we might be too noisy for the setting, but Gareth, the totally lovely host and farmer, ensured it was just right for them. He showed them the animals and tractors, plus he had created a great “games room” with pool table and table tennis, and lots of games to keep them entertained.
The cottage was immaculate with a cosy, yet stylish, decor. A television in both bedrooms and the lounge was yet another clever idea.
