What a gorgeous cottage.

We had the pleasure of staying here for our wedding for 10 nights and were treated with lovely celebration balloons on arrival and a welcome phone call from the owner who couldn’t have done more to offer help for anything we needed locally for the big day. The house is really well thought out, very spacious, good quality comfy couches, very comfy beds with high quality linen and a stunning bathroom with a shower you don’t want to get out of. Kitchen has everything you need, we love to shop locally and cook in the evenings and it was very well equipped. We booked a while ago and subsequently noticed a review commenting about some damaged items. We double checked before we arrived that things had been fixed and they had…they have a lovely new huge solid table and chairs which I think are better than the original on the pictures, and the handrail is all safe and secure. We spend lots of time on Conwy and we wouldn’t hesitate to choose this cottage again for future stays - real home from home, Thankyou for letting us stay…oh and make sure you open the curtains in the front bedroom as soon as you wake up and lie and enjoy the beautiful morning views across the hills, really going to miss that!

Overall was a lovely cottage that had been well refurbished in sympathy with the age of the cottage.

There were a few things that needed attention like a dining chair was a bit broken that could hurt someone, and the hand rail at the top of the stairs wasn’t very secure (coming off the wall) The bathroom was amazing but would’ve appreciated a little stool as I find it difficult to bend down (being old!). The cottage is well decorated and well furnished, comfortable and clean, apart from the floor throughout downstairs which left our feet black. Parking was the only other issue, apart from that we had a lovely stay and enjoyed the cottage and its comforts. Minutes away from the town centre and loads of places to eat and shop!

this was a nice converted house but lacked the levels of cleanliness i expect with the overall level of slight neglect with regard to paintwork and some of the furniture-i feel the house could do with a repaint and the replacement of the dining suite would be a help as the table is excessively marked and one of the chairs has a broken back-the outside space which is advertised is not good walls covered in green mould and the two seats and table would not be useable-the absence of a welcome pack of at least the basics milk and water would also go a long way to the overall feel of the house.
