The house is spacious, very clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable and has everything you need. The bathrooms are especially nice, they are ‘very posh’ according to my 6 year old. The views over the bay are wonderful. We had an amazing holiday, none of us wanted to leave. I highly recommend this property. Reviewed by Ruth5.0★Aug 2022 "Excellent house for a holiday, a short walk to the beach and shops/cafe." There were only 3 of us so we had massive of space as the property is huge. Excellent views over the beach and out to sea from the many windows and the outside seating. Really relaxing place to be. Reviewed by Marcus5.0★Jul 2022 "Absolute perfection!" Everything was perfect and if we could score higher than a 5 we would! Amazing location, spectacular views, plenty of space for 6, immaculately clean, very high quality fixtures and fittings, so well equipped and even the weather was fantastic. What more could you want?! We had a brilliant week. No one wanted to leave! Thank you! Reviewed by Jane5.0★May 2022 "The property was immaculate and clean." Amazing views of the sea. My only negative comment is that the mattress in the master bedroom was too firm. My husband and I like a firm mattress but this was just too firm. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return at some point. It’s one of the best cottages we have stayed in. We are still talking about the view from the house. We didn’t realise so many rooms were locked, obviously personal belongings of the owner who visits frequently. Plenty of space despite that. We would return to Criccieth without doubt. Reviewed by Kath4.7★Apr 2022 "Stunning house overlooking Criccieth, Cardigan Bay and southern Snowdonia." Great to wake up to sunrise over the mountains and sea. Superb facilities, decor and cleanliness. The owners have this property about perfect. We have been renting in North Wales twice a year for the last 12 years and this is one of the very, very best. Superb. Reviewed by David5.0★Apr 2022 "Great property - immaculate." Fabulous views! Great garden for evening meals, but not enclosed. Would definitely visit again. Reviewed by Tanya5.0★Jul 2021 "Great property." Only negative was being expected to strip beds of linen and bagging laundry prior to departure. This should really be done by the cleaner shouldn’t it? Reviewed by Mark5.0★Jul 2021 "Excellent property, beautifully presented and exceptionally clean, wonderful views." Property is quite close to the main road A487 so need to be aware there is constant background noise from the road. Additionally the third bedroom, the twin room, is not on the ground floor as outlined in the details but on the first floor which may cause accessibility problems for some. A very minor gripe is to say that it would have been helpful to have had labelled keys to all external doors (x2 ?) It would also have been nice to have known from your brochure whether or not there was a barbecue.
