  • "The property was fabulous-thank you."

Emma was great at sorting out the issue we had (our fault) with one of the beds needing to be made up when we arrived. She did this quickly and without any fuss or blame on us. My only criticism and it is a very small one is around those that love proper coffee. There is only one cafetière which is a large one. It would be helpful to had a single mug cafetière as well as a coffee measuring spoon. However this did allow me to just buy another one and add to my own collection! We loved it. The location of Criccieth and the property is perfect for exploring the attractions that north Wales has to offer. It is perfect

  • "Cambrian House was a wonderful place from start to finish."

It was the prefect place to celebrate my 50th Birthday with all the family. It was so spacious and clean with everything we needed! Looking out from the Juliet balcony with lovely views of the coastline and Cricceth Castle and waving at the train as it passed every few hours was one of the highlights, not only for my 6 year old niece but for my mum and dad too! The dogs also enjoyed their stay, the outside space was safe for everyone and we enjoyed sitting outside in the decked area! The games room was a bonus and my 12 year old nephew loved the pool table! We will definitely be back, thank you again.

  • "We had the BEST holiday!"

The accommodation was excellent and worked brilliantly for us. Everything was clean and well equipped. The first floor kitchen/dining/living space meant that everyone could be together in a lovely bright space and the views out over the sea were fantastic - the armchairs in each window were prime spots! Criccieth is a lovely place with good local food shops and cafes. The surrounding area is beautiful and we visited lots of lovely beaches and got lots of fresh air. We won’t hesitate to recommend this property and area to others and are planning to visit again next year! Thank you

The house absolutely lovely, very luxurious and great facilities! Parking was ample and near plenty of local amenities. Criccieth itself is beautiful and we will definitely come back again. Perfect Christmas getaway.

  • "This is our second stay at Cambrian and we cant recommend it enough."

Spotlessly clean, very well equipped and lots of space for us to enjoy a family break together. We first visited back in 2019 just before covid and returning this week is like no time has passed at all, the house is still as beautiful and well kept as it was 2 years ago. The games room in the basement is wonderful to keep everyone entertained and there is nothing better than watching the sun rise over the sea in the big yellow chair in the bay window. We cant wait to book again for 2022.

  • "We were supposed to be holidaying in Florida but due to COVID-19 we had to change our plans and stay in the UK instead."

All I can say is we still had a great time and loved our stay in Cambrian House. We visited Zipworld were we went on the quarry karts. This wasn't cheap but we'd definitely do it again along with the zip wire. The beach is only a short walk from the house with a lovely ice cream shop selling gluten and diary free ice cream. Creccieth Castle is worth a visit, the views from there are simply stunning. The house itself was ideal for our party which was a mixture of age groups from 20-73. The view was great, kitchen had everything we needed, pool table ideal and lovely decking area outside. On booking the house I was a little concerned about the train line in front of the property but I needn't have been as it didn't have any negative impact on us. In fact it was quite a novelty seeing the trains pass by. We'd definitely stay here again and would recommend this house to family and friends.

It is beautifully done out with every detail considered, the beds were super comfy, it is close to amenities and the beach and yet still a very quiet and peaceful spot. Also the owner couldn't have been more responsive and helpful during our stay. A wonderful place!

Everything was spot on from the ample parking to the location of the house to the comfort of every room. The owners of the house had gone to the trouble of meeting every need you could want. The kitchen was very well equipped and with the comfy beds we all came away fully rested and relaxed. A truly amazing house!
