The property

Trefor 2.9 miles.

Tucked away in a rural location in Llanaelhaearn near Trefor, Gwynedd, a short distance from the Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park, is this fabulous three-bedroom abode, Cefnbron.

Benefitting from an enclosed garden with hot tub and gas BBQ, off-road parking and stunning countryside views, Cefnbron welcomes up to eight guests to enjoy a relaxing break in North Wales.

Upon entering your new home, be instantly impressed by a charming sun room, the perfect place to put your feet up and relax with a cup of tea as you soak up the last of the day’s sun; allow your other half to do the hard work in the kitchen, as they get to grips with a great range of appliances to prepare a delicious homecooked meal.

Take advantage of the spacious dining table or venture outside to your very own private decking area complete with table and chairs to delight in an alfresco feast, before savouring a dip in the bubbling hot tub.

On cooler evenings, escape to the inviting sitting room and cosy up in front of the woodburning stove, ready to click on the Smart TV and indulge a movie marathon with the whole family.

When sleep calls, freshen up with use of the Jack-and-Jill bathroom or opt for a double or family room with their own handy en-suites, before getting some well-deserved rest.

For things to do, embark on a scenic hike to Gyrn Ddu, offering a magnificent vantage point for views across the rolling hills and beyond; for something less challenging, head to one of several lovely beaches that lie along the coast, including Traeth Nefyn, Aberdesach Beach or Dinas Dinlle Beach, where you can breathe in the sea air and even go for a paddle if you’re feeling brave enough!

Venturing into the Eryri National Park, you’ll find the well-known peaks of Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon), Glyder Fawr and Penygader, in addition to the popular attractions of Zip World Llechwedd, Craflwyn and Beddgelert and Cwmorthin Waterfall, each offering spectacular glimpses of the breathtaking Welsh countryside.

However you prefer to spend your days whilst on holiday, choose Cefnbron as your base to return to year after year.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £350.
