  • "Absolutely stunning!"

We had the best stay here and can not wait to come back. A lot of thought has gone into these hobbit pods and they have everything you need, and more. From welcome gifts to a well stocked kitchen and stunning, uninterrupted views it was easy to switch off and relax. Our favourite aspect was the enclosed area so we were able to let our dog run free while we enjoyed the hot tub.

Thank you very much for the kind review I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay. Property Owner

Fantastic private holiday accommodation, couldn’t have found a better place to go for the week, very private and spacious, really nice and comfy bed with everything you need, can’t wait to rebook again for next year, highly recommended

  • "The most wonderful, tranquil and relaxing place to stay!"

! Nestled behind a working farm this comfy & cosy pod has all the essentials you need! With the most incredible views we spent most of our time outside !!! The garden is spacious and the outdoor shed with fire box, hot tub, sofa and kitchen is absolutely amazing!! We will most definitely be back soon!!

Thank you for the great review. It was so nice to meet you both and of course Layla. Property Owner

  • "A little gem of a place."

Everything you need in a compact way except the garden - really well enclosed and huge! Outside space is wonderful even in moderate rain. Would love to return for more peace

I’m confused! What you have written is very kind but the mark you have given doesn’t correspond with what you have written. You have marked us down on all four Accuracy of listings, cleanliness, comfort and facilities. I know we can’t please everyone but a mark of 3.8 is very low for us. Thank you. Property Owner

  • "What a fantastic place."

The outdoor area is a great place to hang out, even in a cold and rainy day. The views are lovely looking out over the valley, and considering how open it is, it is very private. The accommodation it's self is very comfortable, warm and clean. We wanted for nothing. The bed is big and we had great nights sleep. Getting there is easy to find with the directions given. I guess the small price to pay for the lovely views and privacy is the single track road to get there. Absolutely worth it! The owners have really worked out the challenges of "Hobbit Hut" style accommodation and come up with something special.

Clean and tidy, and the outside space is brilliant. We'll definitely be coming back again!

  • "Fantastic place to stay!"

The enclosed garden was perfect for our dog to wander about safely and very happily (there are cows and sheep in neighbouring fields just in case your dog isn't a fan. The cows popped their heads over the fence to say "hi" which we loved). The pod had everything needed for a really comfortable stay but we spent 90% of our time in the amazing outdoor gazebo, even when it rained. Settle yourself in the seats at the front for the most spectacular sunset views over the hills. So peaceful. It's also remote enough to cut off from the world but local enough to Ruthin to pop to the shops. Perfect! The owners were fabulous and we can't wait to come back.

  • "What a beautiful place to stay!"

Although we found it tricky to find, with the nav taking us what seemed to be the hardest possible way.. we had the best time at Rhosydd. Jane and Huw were so welcoming and accommodating! The pods are located on a family run farm and kept private. The views were incredible and so peaceful. As for the accommodation, it is absolutely spotless and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is so private and not overlooked at all, unlike most pods in the area. We will most certainly be booking again! Just the break we needed.
