  • "We had a wonderful holiday and found the property spacious, clean and comfortable."

Our host, George was only next door and could easily be contacted if needed. George is very friendly and gave us advice on the local amenities and walks. What a great place to stay for a beach holiday or country/coastal walks. We woke up each morning to sheep or cows or in even both in the farmers field outside. Sad to leave. Would certainly return.

George our host was very friendly and at hand if help needed. An ideal base for both coastal and mountain areas of North Wales. I particularly liked Porthdinllean a little gem tucked away on the coast. Caernarfon air museum and cafe is well worth a visit and in easy walking distance from sea scape, would love to return in the future still lots to do. Highly recommend.

It was lovely watching the sheep in the morning from the kitchen window. Lots of outside seating was an added bonus so enjoyed sitting outside with a drink on the evening. We saw some lovely sunsets. It is very peaceful with just a short walk to the beach and cracking scenery to look at. If you don't feel like cooking there is a lovely fish and chip shop and also an ice cream bar. There are lots of beautiful places to visit by car.

  • "Seascape is a lovely cottage in a great location for exploring the surrounding areas."

It has everything you need in a holiday home. We loved the porch where you could clean off after the beach before going into the main house, this was a great touch. My daughter loved the 'snug' in the living room. The chair and settee upstairs is the most comfortable we've ever had in a holiday home. Beds and pillows very comfortable with loads of storage in the bedrooms (quite unusual!). The shower and bathroom were spotless and the shower strong and hot. The kitchen is well stocked with cutlery and crockery. We loved the Alexa so we could listen to tunes whilst cooking. The garden is pretty with a nice seating area. 3-4 minutes to a sandy (at low tide) beach. Great cafes and a chippy 2 mins drive away at the other end of the beach. I had a disaster whereby I lost my glasses in the sea and the owner, George, completely went out of his way to help, coming round twice, late at night on a bank holiday to bring me a spare pair of glasses. There is loads to do in the area and despite the glasses debacle we managed to see Beaumaris Castle, Caernarfon Castle, the Air Museum (within walking distance and well worth a visit), the Snowdon train (book well in advance as it gets booked up quickly), Llanberis waterfall and we walked up to the hillfort at Dinas Dinlle twice (the views from the top are amazing). We did a walk around the back of Morfa Lodge holiday park also which has a nature reserve and lovely scenery (think it's called Fforyd Bay?). We also had to go to Lllandudno twice re the glasses - that's only 45 mins away too though and beautiful in itself. All in all, a great property in a great location within easy reach of too many places to visit in a week. I personally can't thank George enough for his exemplary customer service and hospitality.

so very glad you found some replacements we help as much as we can . good customers keep us carrying on in these dificult times thank you again Property Owner

The outside is well maintained and the garden at the rear is a great sun trap to sit and admire the well cared for flower beds. Inside the property is modern and clean with some very thoughtful touches such as a motion sensitive light in the hall to help you find your way to the bathroom in the night without having to switch on the lights. Great views from the upstairs lounge. The owner George lives next door and quickly resolved a minor problem we had. He is very approachable and obviously cares that his customers have a relaxing holiday.

For the pure and selfish reason that I don’t want anybody else to know about our secret piece of heaven we have found. The house and the area totally exceeded our expectations and I have been in a period of mourning since coming home. It really was everything we wanted and more. Beautiful house, gorgeous gardens and right by a long stretch of natural beach, what more could one want. Well, to live there forever honestly.
