  • "Accommodation was good but there were some snagging issues."

The kitchen was a bit basic and there was no hob or proper oven (only a microwave/grill). They don’t supply cloth/tea towels, sponges or washing up liquid that we then had to go buy. If you provide a kitchen, it makes no sense to not have these basics with it. However, this didn’t affect the overall stay as it was a minor issue. A few of the facilities were not open yet and it was a very long drive for us but the swimming pool (which was open) was great: very lovely and clean with a lifeguard always on duty! And the staff were brilliant - every single member of staff we interacted with was very welcoming and friendly!
