  • "We did not get the lodge that we payed for."

We payed a higher rate going through sykes website than the resort charges to then be put into a resort owned lodge and not the private owned lodge advertised on your website. Our lodge was nice but the TV was faulty as the speakers didn't work properly, the combi oven advertised was juat a microwave with a combi setting, the were not kitchen untenaisils apart from basic spoons forks and knives, the hot tub was not even filled up to the no fill line, the shower tap fell off, the shower drain was blocked and leaked all over the front entrance ( one of our children slipt and fell in the water ), we did not recieve an email as stated about the check/out in procedure. To many basic errors that were annoying for a lodge that was quite expensive compared to the rate that the resort usually charge. To be clear we booked lodge 46 and were given lodge 40.
