"Our stay here was just perfect!"
Cannot speak highly enough of Chris, this was our honeymoon and we arrived to find a bottle of champers and other goodies, so kind and thoughtful! Always on hand for any queries and full of info for where to go. We found a gorgeous secluded beach 5 mins away. We have 2 german shepherds, one of which is anxious/reactive, the house was absolutely perfect for them, completely secure garden and Chris even added extra fencing before our stay as I was worried about the height of one part! If you have a reactive dog this is THE place to book with - we’ve had a few disasters on previous hols that stated they were good for reactive dogs so we always ended up coming home a few days early but this was the first one that lived up to everything it said - our week just flew and we were a bit sad to go home

"From arriving at the house to departing."
Our experience was nothing but positive. The house was beautifully presented, the beds were so comfortable and the house offered everything we needed. It felt home from home which is exactly what you need. The bathroom was pure luxury. There was a shop a stones throw away which supplied above and beyond and the pub next door was friendly and the food was beautiful. Not expensive either which is a bonus. The house was in an ideal location. Quiet and not to far from other locations. We will definitely be back. It was perfect to recharge our batteries from our busy working lives. Owner Chris was also on hand for anything we needed and to offer recommendations. I can't praise our experience or the house more!!!!

"We have just come back from a very hot and glorious holiday in Anglesey staying at this wonderful property."
Everything about it is spot on and Chris and his helpful cleaner could not do enough, from trimming up the property in preparation for our arrival on our sons 21st birthday , to letting us know the best place for fish and chips in the area and buying a cake for my sons birthday!!
The property is extremely clean and very modern for a traditional terrace , great downstairs shower room, amazing attic bedroom , the garden is great and everything is on your doorstep from pup next door to shop across the road…we will definitely be back , thanks for everything Chris especially for Morgans birthday x

"Just returned from a 4 night stay and we had a fantastic time."
We stayed as a family & friends.
The house is spacious & we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other.
It is decorated to a high standard & is very modern but cosy.
The top bedroom is extremely spacious although it did get very hot due to the recent high temperatures.
We contacted Chris about this & he was very accommodating, as he went out and purchased a fan. This really helped & was much appreciated.
The communication with Chris before & during our stay was really good & he also provided recommendations of places to visit.
If we were in the area again we would definitely look to stay here.

"The accommodation was lovely and cosy, it had everything you needed for a comfortable and relaxed stay."
Chris the owner was fantastic throughout and nothing was too much trouble. There was a welcome hamper with goodies and Prosecco inside which was greatly appreciated. It is in an Ideal location with a shop and pub very close by. Food at the pub was very nice and Parking at the pub was ideal as the road can get busy, we did pull up outside the property just to unload the car.

"Lovely cottage in a fantastic location with everything included for a weeks stay."
The owner Chris is really helpful and communicates really well giving suggestions around the area. He was let down by the cleaner who hadnt been and cleaned very well but she returned the next day to rectify this.
Don't let this put you off the property as a wonderful place with a lovely back garden to watch the sun going down.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the property is maintained to an exceptionally high standard, with every detail carefully thought through to create a warm, stylish, and comfortable space.
The décor is absolutely lovely—tastefully done with a blend of modern comfort and cosy cottage charm. The interiors feel fresh, welcoming, and well cared for, making it easy to relax and feel at home straight away. The cottage is also incredibly well-equipped, with everything you could possibly need for a stress-free stay.
One of the standout features is the location. You couldn’t ask for better—there’s a friendly and welcoming pub right next door, perfect for an evening meal or a drink after a day of exploring, and a well-stocked shop just across the road with everything you could possibly need. The convenience is hard to beat.
For those who love the outdoors, this place is a dream. There are fabulous walks right on the doorstep, and plenty of dog-friendly beaches nearby, making it ideal for anyone travelling with pets. The secure garden is another big plus, giving peace of mind while enjoying the outdoor space.
What really made the stay exceptional, though, was the host. Chris was always on hand with quick, helpful responses and couldn’t have been more accommodating, which made everything run smoothly from start to finish.
All in all, this is a stunning cottage in a fantastic location, perfect for a relaxing getaway. We’re already planning our next stay here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality stay in Anglesey!

"Myself and 2 granddaughters have just returned from a lovely break in 1 Mona Terrace."
As a person well known for having very high standards of cleanliness, this property was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. We have all had a fantastic time at the property. The beds were comfy, the bath was amazing and there was everything you needed in the house. We found the property well based to travel around the island which was helpful. Communication with the owner was excellent. Overall an excellent stay at the property

"We had a wonderful stay at Mona Terrace."
The house is comfortable, modern and very clean. The house is also in a great location, close to all the popular areas to visit, just 10mins in the car from Trearddur Bay and around 15mins from Rhosneigr. There was 6 of us staying at the property and we didn't feel like we were struggling for space as the property is over 3 floors. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you could possibly need and the large bath tub offered a welcome soak after a long days exploring. Chris the host was fantastic from the moment we booked, very attentive and provided a wealth of knowledge about the house and the local area. We highly recommend this property and will be booking to stay again.

"The cottage is beautifully designed with an expert eye for detail."
The furnishings are lovely, and it’s surprisingly spacious inside — truly like a Tardis. There are two bathrooms, one featuring a luxurious bath and the other a modern shower, which made our stay very comfortable. The location is ideal, being close to beaches and great days out. There’s a local pub just next door (across a small side road) with very friendly staff, which was a real bonus. We would also highly recommend the Sea Shanty restaurant at Trearddur Bay — exceptional food and dog-friendly until 6pm.Chris has created a genuine five-star home-from-home with a real touch of luxury. We would happily return and highly recommend it.

"Stayed here for Christmas 2025!"
What a lovely place ! Arrived to lovely Christmas decorations, clean and everything just perfect. Lovely log fire , honestly beyond our expectations . Minutes drive from beaches and if don't want to get in the car there's a lovely walk right next to the cottage which leads to an estuary. Dont hesitate to book here we have had a wonderful break

"The property was well connected on the island, a short distance from other key points."
It was modern, comfortable, homely, and everything it was described to be. The owner all kept in touch beforehand to share information and tips about things nearby, information about the property, but not overly so.
I would heartily recommend the property to anyone considering, particularly if you are looking for a good connection to Holyhead, Treaddurr Bay, Rhosneigr, South Stack lighthouse but also to stay in an independent village.

A great base fort exploring the island.
The host Chris was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of information .
Nothing was too much trouble and any issues dealt with as soon as he could.

"We've just returned from our stay at Mona Terrace and what a lovely stay it was."
The house is lovely, clean, tidy and has recently been refurbished so feels fresh and like home.
The house had everything we needed for our 1 week stay for us, our almost 1 year old and labrador.
The garden was a great space for him to play while we sat on the decking in the sun and the inside is super spacious being over 3 floors.
Chris was really helpful throughout our stay. He sent a message prior to our arrival with details on how to find the property, where to park, and what to do while in Anglesey. He'd even left a bottle of wine, crisps and biscuits for our arrival and was contactable throughout if we had any questions, fantastic host!
The walk to the beach (left out of the property) was really nice, finishing at the pub next door!
There's a shop over the road for forgotten bits but also an Aldi, Tesco and Morrisons about 10 minutes away so this was also ideal.
All in all a fantastic stay! Thanks Chris and Mona Terrace!

"Spent a lovely, relaxing 4 nights stay."
The house is recently renovated to a high standard and all pictures shown, and details provided, describe the property perfectly. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. Chris, the owner, had left a welcome basket of Prosecco, chocolates, crisps and biscuits which was unexpected and a lovely surprise. Chris had also sent a few texts prior to our arrival with very helpful information on where to visit and places to eat
Steve, and his wife, at the pub (Gwesty Holland, where we parked the cars) were very welcoming and the food was home cooked and very tasty. It was within walking distance, as was the shop which was very well stocked.
The enclosed garden at the rear was perfect as we took our dog on holiday too. It was a quiet space and a real suntrap to have a glass of wine when we came back after a busy day.
This was our first visit to Anglesey and we’ll definitely be back. It’s like Cornwall without the crowds. We will be recommending Mona Terrace to our friend and family as an excellent place to stay.

"Beautifully renovated property which we will definitely stay at again."
Beds were really comfortable. Quality bed linen and towels provided. Good quality wifi speed. Logs for the fire and a welcome basket containing milk, chocolates and a lovely bottle of proseco were a nice touch. The large bath is really lovely after a long day hiking. The proper owner is very knowledgeable of the local area and is on hand via phone to deal with any queries. Thanks again Chris, we had the best week at your gorgeous property!
