Featuring easy access to a range of beaches dotted around the Llŷn Peninsula, and the settlements of Llanbedrog and Abersoch, this is a fantastic setting for a family of eight’s coastal getaway.

After parking outside of the property, head inside to find a sitting room sporting a large bay window, lovely, navy sofas in front of a wall-mounted TV with Freeview and woodburning stove; the room also features an array of books, games and DVDs for extra entertainment.

An additional seating area can be found to the rear of the property in the sunny conservatory, where you can take in those views over the lush garden, along with the distant St Tudwal Islands and Cardigan Bay.

After relishing a well-earned sit-down, make your way to the kitchen/diner and be wowed by this spacious spot, containing charming, wooden furnishings and fittings; the kitchen hosts everything you need to create mouth-watering dishes for the family, including a dishwasher.

Settle down at the close-by dining table for dinner and make a toast with your loved ones to this fantastic, seaside escape.

Before bed, throw any sandy clothes in the utility room’s washing machine and wash off the day in the close-by bathroom with its fantastic bath.

Ascend the stairs to the first of four fabulous bedrooms, this one being a beautifully appointed king-size, with lovely artwork of the area featured throughout and pretty furnishings; unwind on the seating and open the doors to the Juliet balcony to let in the sea breeze, before freshening up in the en-suite shower room and enjoying some late-night TV in bed.

Progress through the first floor to find a double room with fitted storage and a chair where you can enjoy a captivating book; you can also find two fantastic twin rooms, one showcasing a nautical finish and the other sporting stylish décor.

The first floor is also home to a luxurious shower room where you can soak up in the spacious walk-in shower, before wrapping up in a fluffy towel from the heated rail.

The garden is a quaint spot with a lawn for your furry friend to stretch their legs on as you sip a morning tea or coffee.

About the location

Pwllheli 6 miles.

The attractive harbour village of Abersoch is situated on the Llyn Peninsula in a region of Wales renowned for its outstanding scenery and varied walking. The village, situated between two glorious bays, is one of the most popular sailing venues in North Wales and important sailing regattas are held there throughout the summer months. Numerous shops cater for the tourist as well as pubs, restaurants and cafes. There are also opportunities for golfers as there is a course just outside the village and horse riding facilities are also available nearby. Watersports enthusiasts are also well catered for, particularly windsurfing, water skiing and dinghy sailing, not to mention renowned surfing at Port Neigwl (Hell’s Mouth). The long, sandy Abersoch Main Beach is probably the most popular beach in the area. There is a wonderful selection of beaches in the surrounding area of the Llyn Peninsula, including the beautiful and often quiet Porth Ceriad, with it's high cliffs, and sandy Porth Oer ("Whistling Sands"). Most of the coastline is owned by the National Trust and there are many remote bays, sandy beaches and cliffs, as well as wildlife havens like Bardsey Island to explore.
