• "We had a wonderful stay at this great apartment."

  The accommodation was very well laid out and the balcony was just such a bonus. Beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were good and the showers were great. Linen was soft and towels were fluffy The kitchen was well equipped too. Would love to return again, it was just perfect.

• "What a find!"

  ! The apartment is fabulous. Spotlessly clean, well equipped with quality utensils and crockery, comfy beds, nice linens and watching rowers in the morning and beautiful sunsets from the balcony were the perfect start and end of the days. We had a week of wall to wall sunshine, so we’re lucky. But will return again soon to sample the not so good weather and be able to hunker down in this super apartment. Thank you to the owners that have kept this jewel in tip top condition.

• "The holiday apartment is simply wonderful!"

  We were especially impressed by the phenomenal views and the fantastic location. It is very easy to get around by public transport, whether you want to go hiking in Snowdonia or visit the Welsh coast. The town itself also offers plenty of shops and restaurants. The hosts are incredibly helpful and gave us great support when we had a small problem – thank you again for that! We felt completely at home and would be very happy to come back. We highly recommend this place!

• "Fantastic property with superb views of the harbour."

  Porthmadog is very picturesque. The Ship is a very friendly pub with good food. The Italian restaurant at the Yacht club is lovely. The Ffestiniog Railway was amazing and views were stunning. There’s also a nice walk to the next bay. A great break with everything you need.

  Location 100 % Cleanliness 100% layout/facilities 100% Would stop again 1000% only slight negative was water pressure and showers after walking etc good to have a good full shower , Water pressure too low for electric shower

• "This appartment was beautiful it had everything you would need and the cakes and milk upon arrival was very welcoming."

  The view of the harbour from our balcony was lovely to wake upto. The beds were lovely and comfortable would highly recommend this appartment and will be returning. Jayne the owner was very helpful when I rang her with a problem with the door handle and it was repaired very quickly. Overall a lovely modern appartment.

• "Delightful duplex apartment with a balcony over looking the harbour."

  Kitchen with everything that is needed. A very comfortable king size bed ! Walking distance of shops and places to eat. Train station and bus stops all within walking distance. Beautiful places to explore on the Llyn Peninsula. We got married 23 years ago in Criccieth, and it’s remained the same lovely area.

• "We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Harbwr Hideaway in Porthmadog as a family, and we honestly couldn’t fault a thing."

  The property is beautifully presented – modern high quality throughout, clean, and comfortable. It really felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights was the amazing view from the balcony – such a peaceful spot to enjoy a morning coffee or evening wind-down. The welcome folder was also a lovely and thoughtful touch, full of helpful local information that made settling in and planning our days so much easier. This was our first time staying here, and we were genuinely impressed. Would definitely recommend Harbwr Hideaway to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Porthmadog. • "We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Harbwr Hideaway."

  The property was just so lovely, the amazing views over the estuary. The property was well equipped, clean and the decor was just modern and lovely. For a short stay this was an ideal base for us and we can thoroughly recommend this property. Having a small balcony was lovely sitting out enjoying a drink with the views. Just a shame the weather wasn't overly warm, but that really didn't spoil our trip.

• "A good choice for a holiday in Porthmadog."

  We have stayed in this well located development many times. This house is newly renovated to a high standard and must be one of the best in the area. It's well equipped with pretty much everything you could need. The owners have done a good job and I hope they keep it maintained to the same high standard.

• "A magnificent holiday apartment."

  Stunning views, ideally placed for all the facilities Porthmadog has to offer. The accommodation is first class throughout and easily makes up for the fact that no one can guarantee the weather here, not even in June. When the sun shone, the patio was the favourite place to watch all the business of the marina from. So much good walking, all the shops you could want, and the trains on the doorstep too. I can’t praise it highly enough.
