Location location location this is a beautiful place with possibly the best view sitting in the living area we have ever had.
It’s very small but for two people it’s enough and has everything you need. But if you like to cook this is probably not the place for you
We have stayed in a few apartments in this location, and this property is the best of the bunch, by far.
Welcoming, spotlessly clean , a beautiful comfortable bed, and a sunrise from the lounge window, that would be hard to beat. Also my husband loves to fish 'over the wall' at the edge of the patio. We would try and book this super place, if we were to return to Porthmadog. One slight observation, we feel if the kitchen cupboards were sorted out, one could perhaps find room for groceries. Thank You.
The property and it's location could not have been better.
Very happy with the decor and facilities provided at the property which includes the use of a washing machine if required. Had excellent views of the estuary, watching the tide ebb and flow every day along with the birds, egrets, heron and the Ffestiniog steam trains which ran alongside the estuary. The location was very quiet and peaceful and relaxing, also has a pub within walking distance which served food including breakfasts at the Ffestiniog railway station. Owner also left us some Welsh Cakes and milk which enabled us to have a brew on our arrival which was very welcome. I also was left a voicemail by Alison Foxall the owner to thank me for leaving the property tidy and clean which was very much appreciated. We would definitely recommend this property as a great place to stay to relax and chill out.
