What guests are saying
The location of this place is bang on central and the garden features and seating overlooking the river spectacular.
The kitchen is small for a group and no dishwasher.. but when there are enough of you isn’t an issue! It’s fun and quirky… a lot of the owner in the art work and not sure all rooms are family friendly.. but we had a blast! Big kudos to the cleaner and not a dusty nick nak in sight! Took advantage of the extra car park spot but it wasn’t particularly near! Popped one car in the long stay. Thanks for having us!
A beautiful Welsh cottage.
Very well furnished and comfortable for a multi generational family and a small dog. Everything you would need was provided. The artwork was interesting, although not to everyone’s taste, especially the children but definitely didn’t detract from the visit. Proximity to bridge at Llangollen was amazing. Particularly of use was the allocated parking spaces. The river view from the outside seating was spectacular . The garden was fantastic but the boys had nowhere to play football, probably for the best as the balls would have ended up in the River Dee. The 2 Cart Horses passing by the front of the house morning and afternoon was a delight to the children. Everyone said they would most definitely like to stay again
We loved our stay.
The house is in a perfect location. Bonus to have two parking spaces in such a prime location. We loved the house and the garden. Absolutely everything you need for a weekend break, we were very sad not to be able to stay longer. What a delight; don’t hesitate to book it. We would love to return.
