  • "Excellent accommodation, very comfortable and extremely well equipped in a very beautiful and peaceful location - would highly recommend especially if your looking for a relaxing and quiet getaway."

  • "A lovely clean cottage with all the items you could want and done out to a high standard."

Pictures on site probably don't portray this cottage as being big, but we were surprised that it was as big as it was. Would highly recommend to any one. Location being in between Aberdaron and Abersoch is quiet, but so long as you happy to drive 10 mins you can easily then find a shop, pub, restaurant or beach. For walkers great spot to. Lots of ground attached to cottage for either kids to play or just chill. Personally even little things like good wifi made a difference here. Loved just chilling in the main room gazing out of the massive windows at the views. If this cottage was based in Abersoch it would be double the price

  • "Great location and comfortable."

Would be nice if there was washing up liquid and toilet paper on arrival. Weather was great but only one chair in courtyard and one sunbed. Didn't need to use the cabin.

From Owner: Apologies, the lack of toilet roll was an oversight, we usually ensure there’s at least 1 roll ready for arrival. We’re going to get some more chairs for the courtyard, however, in the meantime there is a table & 4 chairs round the corner in the main garden which can be moved about easily. Thanks for the feedback. Property Owner

  • "A lovely, well equipped cottage, furnished to a high standard."

    Great outside space.

  • "Lovely cottage and fab views!"

No curtains in the seating area, felt a bit exposed at night! Well equipped cottage.

From Owner: Thanks for the feedback. We’ve been considering whether to put curtains up but don’t want to spoil the open views both night & day, we’re going to look at this again this winter & see if we can find a solution which retains the maximum views! Property Owner

The property

This modern and bright bungalow has been perfectly designed to maximise space with the bedrooms at the front so as to benefit from the floor to ceiling windows in the open planned living area at the rear.

Nestled in the countryside of the Llyn but just a couple of miles from the sandy shores of Hells Mouth Beach (Porth Neigwl in Welsh), you really do get the best of both worlds!

"What a fantastic base from which to explore the Llyn Peninsula, although if you wanted to hang up the car keys and stay put no one would blame you!" If you fancy a day out, why not head towards the pretty fishing village of Aberdaron with its sandy bay, shops and cafes.

If you’re after more than building sand castles, you can pop to the National Trust site just next to the beach to learn about the history and wildlife of the Llyn or for the more adventurous, follow the coastal footpath to Porth Meudwy where you can catch a boat to Bardsey Island!

If you are after a bit more bustle, head the same distance in the opposite direction and you will find yourself in the popular seaside village of Abersoch.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £150.
