We really enjoyed our stay at the property.

A great house for a large group of people. Location is fabulous set so close to the lovely Trearddur Bay with some good restaurants, facilities nearby. We were concerned about some of the previous reviews which were things like; not enough cutlery, glasses, crockery, dishwasher not working. We raised these with Sykes Cottages who were extremely helpful and our concerns were addressed. The property is well stocked with kitchen items, the property was clean and well presented on arrival with plenty of towels for everyone. The only minor point was afew of the bedroom blinds don’t work so effectively but other than that we loved our stay and would highly recommend this property to others. The outdoor space must be a real bonus in the summer months too.

The property was exactly what we were looking for so as to accommodate our 4 families of 8 adults 6 children, and 2 dogs.

The rooms were large, the bathrooms/shower rooms plentiful and the kitchen particularly well equipped. Great location and good parking for 3 vehicles. Overall we were very very pleased with the property and would love to return

Absolutely brilliant house, love the location, outlook and space the house had for all people.

It had everything we needed for a very enjoyable family holiday, so booked again for 3rd year running. Only things we noticed the Blind in bunk room not working, main shower in big bathroom either cold or very hot, mattresses could do with a topper bar bunk room, hoover not usable as smelt of dogs when started.

Whilst we had a lovely stay, and it was a great location for what we needed, we felt that the property was quite tired and in need of some tlc.

Also the bathrooms were all in need of a good clean, black mold in the showers etc, also the floor in the downstairs bathroom looked filthy. Just a point to note also that the fridge freezer does not work properly, neither the fridge or freezer are cold enough.

This house is absolutely stunning.

The rooms are well finished with gorgeous quality furniture. There was plenty of space for a large family holiday. So close to the local bars and shops and the beach. There are plenty of places to walk the dogs even when the nearest beach is closed to dogs. The only negatives for us were smaller niggles - there was not enough cutlery for the number of people staying and a number of plates and bowls were chipped or cracked. The washing machine was also unusable as it leaked all over the floor. We did report this at the time. We did really enjoy our stay and we plan to book again.

The main bedroom and metal frames bed was so uncomfortable.

They need replacing. The cleanliness of the bathrooms need looking at

We had a lovely stay!

Plenty of space for us all and the house had everything we needed! There were a couple of areas that needed fixing e.g. the sofa’s foot had fallen off and one of the blinds wouldn’t close but this did not affect our stay!

House was dated needs an update in places but didn’t put us off.

We would book again. Sofas very low to the ground and uncomfortable. Great garden and super location.

Our family stayed at the house in late September.

It was the first time the whole family had been together for three years. This meant that the house was important. It did not disappoint. Spacious, very comfortable, with all amenities as described. Our Australian’branch’ of the family loved it. 9 adults, 2 kids and a dog - no problem!

Brilliant house, great location but in need of tlc.

Here's a list of some issues: Roller blind in 2nd floor double jammed Loose glass shelf in 2nd floor bathroom Greasy mould inside and outside of 2nd floor bathroom cubicle. Used razor left on top of shower unit. Dishwasher tablet door missing. Shelf missing in fridge Only one loo brush servicing 3 floors Only 12 chairs in diner Neighbour extremely rude within minutes of our arrival saying we could not open downstairs bathroom window Not what we expected of a £3300 rental!

Fantastic location, great size house for alot of people a fantastic time had by all, we'll definitely rebook again!

Have previously stayed at this property and overall in better decoration.

We had a couple of comments as below: 1. Only one oven tray that would fit in the ovens, with 12 guests was difficult. 2. Heater on tumble drier not working, drier took hours to dry very small load thereby using significantly more energy to dry clothes. 3. A number of cups and bowls had small chips. 4. Curtain rail in bunk bed room fell down as it was poorly fitted. 5. Clothes line or maiden would have been beneficial. 6. Freezer section of fridge/freezer not working although there was a separate freezer. The group really enjoyed their stay at the property and the points above didn’t impact on the enjoyment of the holiday.

Its a beautiful house in a stunning location.

However,as has been reported by others before the staircase had parts missing which made it not fit for purpose. There were a lot of cobwebs and on the last night when someone pulled back their duvet completely they found a lot of dog hairs at the foot of the bed. We did not have a dog with us. Also on the last night we realised that on of the twin beds in the loft had a broken side rail that was being supported on bricks and had slipped off the bricks. Some of the oven trays supplied did not fit inside the ovens. The cafetiere was full of used coffee grounds from previous occupancy. It is worth noting that at the end of the lawn there is a three foot drop on to a gravel path so small children need supervising as there is no barrier.

We had a fabulous trip to Trearddur Bay staying at 1 Tirionfa.

The house was lovely and clean and plenty big enough for our 3 families. We were given a welcome box of wine and biscuits which was very unexpected but very welcome. The children loved the rope swing in the garden. The garden was also very dog friendly. The location of the house is perfect being only a short walk away from the beach.

The house was absolutely Lovely just need better instructions How to get to the driveway on the side of the house , everything you need is there maybe tho get an air fryer in the future , rooms were great size loads of space , just needed the master room bed sorting out as it squeaks as you get in and out and the mattress is to small for it !

A tv in the kitchen as they provide a Xbox but only one tv in the house and with kids it’s hard to get them off it . Thanks you

The child stair gate had parts missing so was unusable, a couple of the oven trays would not fit in the oven.

Also the property needed a deep clean, lots of cobwebs and dust. We did however have a great time, the location was great, the welcome pack was well received and we had a lovely break.
