What guests are saying
We were greeted by the owners who were carrying out a few repairs when we got there.
The bungalow is in a lovely location, the view is beautiful looking towards Holyhead mountain. The bed was comfortable,we slept well but there was a funny smell in there. Living room was cosy and the house was warm. The kitchen didn't have much space for us to store food, same with the fridge and the worktops are really cluttered. The bathroom has a good shower but lots of black mould/staining around the bath and shower screen that needs looking at, fan didn't work either. Hot tub was fabulous. For the location and facilities we loved it, had a great holiday
The bungalow was immaculately clean and cery comfortable.
Beautiful quality wooden flooring throughout. Kitchen well equipped with airfryer, slow cooker, sandwich toaster on top of all the usual items. The washer dryer was almost new abd one of the best I have experienced. Garden spacious wish lots of beautiful shrubs. Had problems with locking patio doors and the owner says that he will get then serviced. Situated on an extremely quiet estate with no traffic noise. Not too far from the beach following a public footpath. We will be back.
At first glance the property was lovely, well decorated, designed and furnished but we were disappointed and frustrated to find that whilst the kitchen was well equipped though tired, there was absolutely nowhere for us to store the provisions we had brought.
We had to leave our groceries out on show and as there was not enough spare worktops, move everything around and around when making meals. Even though the surfaces were clean and dust-free was horrified at the amount of hair, dirt and debris found under the sofas and the beds and the mould around the bathroom shower screen and tiles was not healthy. The extractor fan in the bathroom did not work. The outside decking was worn with holes appearing and could generate a fall and the garden though lovely was overgrown. Found brambles growing over the seat in the back garden. The hot tub cover was dirty, worn and split in places which put us off using it so we’re glad we did not pay the extra for its use. If the owners could put these issues right (starting with a deep clean) then we would return as the property was ideally situated for beaches, exploring and shops.
